New Jordans 6 Rings Shoes
I was kinda iffy about ordering from here because of some bad reviews, but I figured why not give it a shot. When my shoes finally came, I was actually pleasantly surprised. They were exactly what I wanted, brand new and the right size. It did take longer than I thought, almost two weeks, for them to come, but overall I'm happy with the quality of the shoes.
Adidas NMD Triple Black size 9.5
I don't really get why there are some bad reviews lately, but I gotta say my purchase went really well and I got my sneakers pretty fast. Definitely gonna come back and shop here again.
Adidas shorts
Man, those Adidas shorts are like super poorly made, it's honestly kind of laughable. I wanted to write a review on EastBay's site, but they totally shut me down! They claimed it didn't fit their rules or something. But let me tell you, those shorts are a total scam. Probably knock-offs, not legit at all. And when I tried to return them, they didn't even refund me the full amount. Ugh, what a hassle!
Shoe purchase, size issue
I bought some shoes online not too long ago, but they didn't fit right when they arrived. So, I went ahead and started a return, making sure to pack them up just like they arrived. But when I got the shoes back, they said they couldn't take them back because there was a little bit of dust on the sole. Dealing with customer service was a total headache, and they wouldn't budge on their decision. Super frustrating experience all around.
Nike apparel purchase
I just bought some Nike sweatpants and hoodies from this store. But man, I've been having some problems with the stuff I'm getting. There have been issues with the stitching and fabric quality, which makes me think they might not be doing a great job with quality control. The items I've been getting just don't seem up to par with what I'd expect from Nike. Plus, the order numbers keep getting messed up, so it's been super frustrating trying to track my stuff. Overall, my experience with this store has been kind of a letdown. I'd recommend being cautious before buying anything from them.
Baseball cleats
I ordered some baseball cleats that ended up being too small. I only wore them inside for about 2 minutes to try them on. When I asked to exchange them for a larger size, they said no because of some tiny dust spots. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service and how they wouldn't help me out with a simple exchange.
Team uniforms/apparels ordered
I ordered team uniforms from this store not too long ago, and man, what a letdown! I placed the order back on 09/09/2021, but as of 10/27/2021, almost 7 weeks later, I still haven't gotten the stuff. This major delay meant my team couldn't even use the uniforms for our Fall sports season! And by now, they're pretty much useless.
Jerseys for Teenage Boys
Man, I needed jerseys for my team so bad but they were all sold out! I had to pick between a small and XXL for teenagers, which was so irritating. I went with the XXL, and now my son is gonna be drowning in his jersey. They gotta stock the right sizes!
Shoe return denied
I just bought some shoes from this store and had a pretty bad time with their return policy. I got the shoes, tried them on, and wanted to give them back. But nope, they wouldn't take them because they said the sole had some weird coloring. I thought that was pretty shady and annoying, so I'm not planning on shopping there again.
FLX program disappointment
I signed up for the FLX program thinking I'd get free shipping on my orders. But when I tried to buy stuff, nothing qualified for the deal. It seemed like a sneaky way to make people join without any real perks. Now I'm annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
Air Force 1'07 purchase
My experience with EastBay was a complete disaster. I bought a pair of Air Force 1'07 sneakers in late August, and it's been nearly two months with no sign of them. The total lack of communication and honesty from EastBay really frustrated me. I had to reach out to my bank, show them proof of the purchase, and luckily they refunded me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of EastBay to avoid all the stress and hassle.
Shoe purchase
The website platform was a total nightmare to use, no matter if I was on my phone or laptop. I kept getting error messages left and right, which made it impossible for me to even look around or buy anything. It was like night and day compared to the good experiences I've had with this platform before. But because of all the technical problems, I just didn't feel like buying any shoes at all.
Recent online purchases
I made two different orders online recently, but I never received either of them. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not very helpful and said they couldn't give me a refund. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this, and I wouldn't suggest anyone shop on this website.
