I had a rough time trying to buy something on sale with an extra discount recently. Had the item in my cart when I got an email saying there was an extra 10% off. But, no code or link to actually use the discount was in the email. So, I reached out through chat and found out you can't use extra discounts on sale items. Bummer, right? Getting an email about a discount that you can't even use on the item they showed in the picture. They "offered" to give me a refund of the 10% after I bought it, but I'd have to wait 5-7 days. Not cool. This lack of being upfront and inconvenience is making me want to take my business elsewhere in the future.
