Mobile power station purchase
After dealing with the annoyance of power cuts in my area, I decided to get a mobile power station to make sure I always have electricity when the power goes out. I did a lot of research and found the perfect mobile power station from this company. The product charges up really quickly, has a handy app for keeping an eye on it from afar, and comes with a great warranty that made me feel secure. Since I started using the mobile power station, my family and I have been able to handle power outages easily, which has made our lives way less stressful. Plus, the customer support through their FB groups, toll-free number, and email has been top-notch in answering any questions or issues I've had. Overall, I'm super happy with my choice to buy a mobile power station from this company.
Portable power station purchase
I bought this portable power station that's really small and easy to carry around, which is super handy for what I need. At first, I realized the manual wasn't in the box, but when I got in touch with customer service, they sent me one right away. I live in a place where power outages happen quite a bit, and this portable power station has been a lifesaver when the lights go out. The instructions were clear and simple, even for me as an older person. All in all, I'd definitely suggest this product because it works great and is easy to use.
Faulty 240v charging
Our machine suddenly wouldn't charge with the 240v cord anymore, but everything else was working fine. We got in touch with customer service right away, sent in a video showing the problem, and got a quick response. They asked us to send the unit in for repairs and in just 10 days, we had it back working perfectly. They honored the 24-month warranty, but didn't explain what went wrong. Huge thanks to Amy, Alma at EcoFlow, and Danielle at Power2go for their amazing customer service.
Emergency backup power purchase
I just got this emergency backup power supply from EcoFlow for whenever the power goes out. I also picked up a solar panel to keep it charged with sustainable energy. It came in clutch when we had to switch out the electricity meter, keeping all our important gadgets up and running smoothly. I don't think I'll need to use it too much, but it's nice to have some extra assurance knowing it's there just in case.
Portable power station
I recently bought a portable power station and was happy with the product itself - it arrived on time and was good quality. However, my first order experience wasn't great, so I gave it 3 stars. When I tried to order another product, it was a letdown. The website said it would come from the UK or France in 7-8 days, but it ended up being shipped from China, taking a whole month to arrive. I tried contacting customer support but got nowhere. Having to deal with Chinese support instead of EU-based support was frustrating. I threatened to involve PayPal if they didn't speed up the delivery, which led to me asking for a refund. All in all, EcoFlow's customer support left a lot to be desired.
Mixed eco-friendly batteries purchase
The customer service we got was awesome! They fixed our issue super quick in just one day. We really love the products - they power almost all our appliances at a much lower cost since we use inexpensive energy all day. So happy with everything!
Ecoflow Delta 1300 Delta 2 River 2
EcoFlow is a new company and there have been some engineering problems with their products and quality issues. Customer Service can be slow, but generally responsive. The real issue I have is their inflexibility relative to their registration and credit points that can be applied to future purchases. One must read the fine print otherwise one will loose the value of the credit points. In my case I tried using 4000 credit points for a purchase less than $1000 and lost all the points as a purchase must be greater than $1000. Ecoflow would not reinstate the points for a honest mistake.
