Amazing online store and website, so many great interactive features to keep my customers engaged. The support team were amazing to work with also. I made a few changes to the website and I'm not quite savvy enough with that kind of thing so I caused a few issues. Support were so fast to reply and even sent through a demo video helping me fix the issues. Within a week we made sales and recovered our investment Extremely satisfied!

In our search for the perfect ecommerce store, Ecom Chief was the 'cream' that kept 'rising to the top'. Armed with a few questions, I emailed the folks at Ecom Chief (on a Friday evening) and heard back from them within 30 minutes. By the end of the night, Ani replied to all our queries troubleshot wherever we got stuck and . All this on a Friday night! Now that's quality support!
