A Positive Experience with Electric Bikes and Customer Service
I am a long-time customer of Ecotric and I have had nothing but positive experiences with their electric bikes and customer service. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of bikes is impressive. I love that they have a wide range of options for different needs and budgets.
The ordering process was seamless and my bike arrived within the stated timeframe. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward and I was able to get on the road within an hour of receiving the package.
The bike itself is exactly as described and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. It's powerful and well-built, and it has exceeded my expectations. I love the added features such as the LCD display, the thumb throttle, and the pedal assist mode. It's perfect for commuting and leisure rides.
The customer service from Ecotric has been excellent as well. I had a small issue with my bike and they were quick to respond and resolve it. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I just bought a seagull fat-tire e-bike from a store and I couldn't be happier with it. The bike is top-notch and performs even better than I thought it would. The only problem I had was with the customer service team when I needed help. Even though I showed them proof of my purchase, they said the bike wasn't from their store and wouldn't assist me. It was frustrating and disappointing to not get the support I needed. I'm happy with the bike itself, but the customer service let me down.
Fat Tire Folding Electric Bike
I wasn't sure about buying an electric assist bike, especially a Fat Tire folding bike, because they seemed so expensive. But after looking into it for a while, I decided to go for it and try out the one this company was selling. And man, I was super impressed by how good these bikes are. They're comfy, they look great, they ride really smoothly, and they're made with top-notch stuff. Putting them together was easy, and the price was totally fair. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
Electric bike purchase
I just got an electric bike from a local seller and I'm so pumped about it! It's so versatile, great for cruising through trails or zipping around the city streets. The battery life is awesome - I can ride for hours without needing a recharge when I use the throttle. I recently bought an electric bike from this company and man, what a mess. It worked for a bit, but then the motor and other parts started acting up. I contacted customer service for help and they did try to send me replacements, but every replacement had its own issues. It was a never-ending cycle of getting faulty parts and dealing with things not working right. The last straw was when I bought a wheel at full price only to find out it had gear defects. Not only that, the controller was melting inside, which could have been super dangerous. Luckily, a third-party service caught it during an inspection. I ended up getting an e-bike kit from a different company because this one just couldn't get it together when it came to quality.

I've been with this company for over two years now, and I gotta say, they've always come through with top-notch service. That electric bike I got from them? It's been a real trooper, way better than I expected. They've always been fair with me, and their products are top quality.
Defective electric motor
I bought an electric bike from this company and the motor ended up being defective. I was pretty bummed out because I thought the product was gonna be good, but it turned out to be a dud. Customer service didn't really help me out either, so I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Electrical wire fire incident
We had a really scary situation where our electrical wires started melting really close to our gas cans and propane in the garage, which could have caused a big fire. We tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back. It's frustrating because we're still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but they wouldn't help us out or even respond. This lack of customer service has definitely changed how we feel about the company, especially since we spent a lot of money on our purchase and shipping. Just wanted to warn others to be careful about keeping this product near anything flammable, and maybe think about getting insurance because this company doesn't seem to care. We're really disappointed and will keep talking about our bad experience until they fix things.
Electric bike trouble
My electric bike kept giving me problems in such a short time. The battery acted up twice, the wheel gave out, and the new wheel didn't even last 3 weeks! Dealing with customer service was a headache; it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. They didn't fix anything, and it seemed like they didn't care one bit.
Ecotric Bison Electric Bike
I recently bought an Ecotric Bison electric bike, but once it arrived, I saw it was too big for my wife even though we're the same height. I reached out to customer service to return it, but they said I'd have to pay $400 and recommended selling it instead. It was really frustrating how they didn't seem to care about my situation.
Bike purchase
This place isn't a real company, they just pass along orders. I thought I was buying a bike from them, but turns out they're just a middleman hiking up the price. Do yourself a favor and buy straight from the seller to save some cash!
