I just bought some new clothes not too long ago, and let me tell you, I'm really happy with my purchase. The stuff I got was top-notch quality and it fit me just right. The material felt really sturdy and well put together, which is just what I like in a clothing brand. And when I had a little hiccup with my order, the customer service folks were on it in a flash and got everything sorted out super quickly. It was nice to know they had my back even after I hit the "Buy" button.
My new clothes
I recently bought some really awesome clothes from this store, but man, they sure took forever to refund me when I had to return something. I had to hound them with calls and all they said was, "Sorry, can't do anything." It was pretty frustrating, but hey, I eventually got my money back. I just wish I had known beforehand that getting a refund would be such a hassle before I made any purchases.
Assorted outdoor clothing items
I've been a fan of this outdoor clothing store for a while now and have always been happy with the quality and longevity of their products. But my recent orders have been a letdown. I love Eddie Bauer and have bought a bunch of stuff from them, but my last three orders got canceled because they were out of stock. It was super frustrating because I even double-checked with customer service and they said the items were available. But then my order got canceled anyway. It's been a real time-suck and now I'm not so sure about how dependable their inventory system is.
Online order for sneakers
I was pretty bummed out by my recent online sneaker purchase. I shelled out an extra 10 bucks for shipping, only to have the package plopped down in my lobby, totally unsecure and asking to be snatched. And when I tried to send the kicks back because they didn't fit right, the store worker was super rude and unhelpful. Not only did I not get my shipping fee back, but the whole deal felt like a total rip-off. Like, come on, I expected more from a company that makes you pay for shipping, not some lame delivery service. Long story short, I won't be buying anything else from these guys.
Ordered a jacket in January
I ordered this jacket back in January, thinking I'd have it in no time and be all warm and cozy. But here we are, three whole weeks later, and still no sign of my jacket! Can you even believe it? I tried to cancel my order, but they said no way because it was on back order. Then, the first week of February rolls around and they double charged my credit card for a jacket I never even received! And yet, I'm still jacket-less. So, I gave them a call and basically threatened to report them to the BBB and my credit card company if they didn't cancel my order. Finally, they agreed to cancel it, but they still charged me $10.61. Like, seriously? I'm currently disputing that with my credit card company. The customer service was just terrible. When I called them, they blamed their poor service on Covid, which was literally four years ago. Ugh, my advice is to steer clear of buying from them. They seriously need to shut down.
Outdoor gear purchase
Man, let me tell you, this company's customer service is just plain awful. I ordered some outdoor gear thinking it would come in the advertised 5 to 7 days, but nope. When I reached out to them about the delay, they hit me with the news that they actually have 11 days to deliver it after that window. Like, what a total lie! And get this - when I tried to cancel my order because of their terrible service and all the wrong info, they had the nerve to say I had to get it first before I could cancel. Seriously, how ridiculous is that? I'm never buying from them again. Their customer service is a joke and their rules are a total nightmare.
Poor customer service experience
I had a really crappy customer service experience with this brand. My refund took forever to process, and the customer service team was no help at all. I ordered something back in October, followed the return instructions, but the brand was slow and unprofessional. It took a ton of emails and almost two months to finally get my money back, and they even had the nerve to tell me to dispute it with my credit card company. Definitely not what I was expecting from a company that's supposed to be reputable.
Recent jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this company recently and man, their customer service was seriously the worst. I tried reaching out on their site and via email a bunch of times, but all I got back was rude and unhelpful replies. It was like they enjoyed being unhelpful - one rep kept sending the same useless email over and over. Not cool. I feel so frustrated and let down. And on top of that, I sent back a return weeks ago and haven't even gotten a refund or any sort of confirmation. It's not okay for a company to treat its customers like this, especially when they claim to care about us.
Denim cargo pants purchase
I just bought some denim cargo pants online and paid extra for fast shipping. But they took way longer than expected to arrive, so I called customer service to check on it. The person I talked to was clueless and couldn't give me any answers or help. It was really irritating and let me down. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Travel blazer
I ordered a travel blazer two weeks before my trip and was looking forward to getting it in time, but it's been 14 days and it still hasn't shown up. Every day I get a message saying it'll arrive the day before my trip, which is so annoying. The way they handle orders and shipping is a real letdown, and now I'm not even excited about the blazer. I won't be ordering from here again if this is the kind of service I can count on. Plus, how can I even return something I haven't gotten yet?
Recent coat purchase
I bought a coat from this company not long ago, and the fabric ripped near the zipper after I wore it a few times. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send it back, so I did. But when they sent it back to me, they said it was over a year old and couldn't be covered by the warranty. I was annoyed by the mixed messages from their customer service and didn't get any help. It's sad to see the company's quality and customer service going downhill. I'll be careful with buying from them again in the future.
Issue with refund
I returned an item but only got back part of my money. Customer service was not good at all, so I won't be shopping here anymore. I should've read the reviews before making a purchase.
Expensive jacket
I got the sickest jacket from this store, but it seriously took forever to arrive. I tried to cancel my order multiple times, but they just kept telling me it was on the way. It was a complete disaster!
