This is good
Element has a really good range of T-shirts and i like the collections they have. The t-shirts are comfortable and also look cool. I have bought some of them, and the sizes are also easy fitting. i bought few recently and the set of three was really good. Not just good clothing, they also have really good quality in skates. they have high quality parts and gears including helmets and protective pads. these are really said to find from here , delivery is also fine and the services are decent. one thing that stands out is the price, its affordable but it affects on the quality or the product
Multiple orders at this establishment
I've ordered from this place a few times and I've always been super happy with the service. I know I can count on getting top-quality products every time. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help, which makes ordering easy and quick. I definitely suggest checking this place out if you need a dependable provider you can trust.
Order canceled, slow response, no refund
I just wanna vent about this awful time I had trying to order something online. First off, I had no clue that my order got canceled and sent back to the seller for who knows why. Not getting any heads up really got on my nerves and let me down. I tried hitting them up through email a bunch of times, but they were dragging their feet getting back to me. And to add insult to injury, I still haven't seen a dime of my money back. This whole thing has hands down been the worst online shopping mess I've ever been through.
Delayed delivery
I ordered some stuff online and it was supposed to get here in a week. But man, it never showed up! Nobody bothered to keep me in the loop. They blame it on Brexit now, but why not mention that before I bought it? It's been forever and I still don't know when my stuff will show. I even tried calling customer service, but they're totally missing in action.
Recent purchase of product
I bought something from this company not too long ago. It's been three weeks and still no sign of it. I've tried reaching out to their customer service by phone and email, but haven't heard anything back. Starting to worry I'm never going to get my order.
Online orders
I used to be a regular customer for a few years and never had any problems with my orders. But when I tried to make a return recently, things went downhill. Their website says returns are easy and they'll cover the costs, but my experience was anything but that. The online return process messed up when I tried to use the label they gave me. I reached out to customer service for help, but all they did was keep repeating their return policy without actually helping me solve the problem. I sent them multiple emails, but never heard back. It feels like all they care about is making sales, not taking care of their customers when things go wrong. So, I won't be buying anything from them in the future.
My recent online purchase
I can't believe how terrible this website is! I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it, but it wouldn't let me. And sometimes it doesn't even work right, like, what's up with that? And let me tell you about their customer service, it's like they're not even trying to help you. They either don't answer or when they do, it's like they're not even paying attention to what you're saying. And returning things? Good luck with that! You have to bug them so much just to get them to check on your return because they act like it's not their problem. It's a complete mess! And the other websites from this group are just as awful, like seriously?!
Multiple items purchased
I bought a bunch of stuff from their website, but I only got one thing in the mail. I tried hitting them up on their site but couldn't get through, and when I called their customer service line, I just got dumped into a voicemail that hung up on me later. I've been trying for three weeks now to either finish my order or get my money back, but haven't had any luck. I would steer clear of shopping there. Don't waste your cash because they're not reliable in delivering what you paid for. It's a total scam.
Order never arrived
I was really looking forward to getting my order, but it's been 2 months now and after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't heard anything about a refund or even a response. The customer service is just awful and pretty disappointing. Sure, the clothes might be cute, but this whole situation is just not worth the trouble.
Unacceptable customer service
I wouldn't suggest ordering from this online store. My order came without a return label. When I tried to reach out, it was a total hassle. I sent a bunch of emails through their website asking for the label, but they only replied to one and didn't even address my issue. And on top of that, you have to pay for return shipping. It's really disheartening to see a brand like this act so poorly. Just shameful.
Lots of items bought in August
I bought a bunch of stuff back in August but now I need to return something and it's been two whole months and I still haven't gotten a returns label! I keep emailing them but they don't respond and I haven't gotten my refund yet. This company is seriously the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm definitely going somewhere else next time, it's just not worth the trouble.
T-shirt, pants, and shoes
Oh my gosh, ordering from this place was seriously the worst! I was trying to get some cute clothes and shoes from their website, but every time I entered my address, it kept saying it was wrong (hello, I know where I live!). Plus, it was suggesting totally random addresses. When I called customer service, they transferred me to someone who only spoke English and claimed their colleague was busy, then they hung up on me. Ugh, in the end, I just bought everything on Amazon. Super frustrating!
