beautiful fitting
For workout, fitting clothes are really important. But you know the correct one is important, no too tight or too loose. i bought the one from here few months back and even I am wearing it. Its really good in quality so it doesn't make me feel suffocated. Its awesome too in material, so when i wear it i can do the workout without any worries.
Overall i find it really comfortable and easy too so yeah i am giving thumps up. You should try it, its really good

I liked the stuff I got from this subscription box, but then I figured out I definitely don't need a fresh workout outfit showin' up at my door every single month. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it was a whole mess. The first person I talked to on the phone was nice at first, but then outta nowhere she just hung up on me without fixin' anything. And she never even bothered callin' me back to sort things out.

I’ve been trying to change my items since last week, they don’t answer. Now I’ll cancel because of this problems. The costumers service doesn’t exist. They never answer the phone, never return our calls. I’ve tried instagram, phone, emails. It’s seems impossible to talk to this guys, they just want our money
Same here. I canceled today. I’ve been with them 2 years.

okay, here's the thing. The idea of this sounds super appealing, however, the fact that the website only puts out their new stuff on days 1-5 of the month means the website ALWAYS crashes meaning you have to go to customer service to get anything done. I went through customer service and they still didn't get my order right meaning I was forced to skip the month. No money back, no refund, not even a ~oops, sorry about that~. The website itself doesn't even have a review for the service, only reviews for the product. The product is actually pretty nice and soft but you won't get what you want/are paying for. Have fun being on hold with customer service all day.

Yep!! No customer service! Called, emailed, no replies. Not sure when they went sour because I’ve had the subscription for a long time but I ended it.
Three months
Sizing is horrible. This subscription is NOT for women of all sizes. I’m 5’2 and the only thing that fit was a shirt that was ugly. I had three boxes and had only 1 thing fit. I’m 135lbs (just had a baby, but he passed away at birth). I listed pants as Large. They were so big they were falling off. So I changed it to M for the next month. Then they were soooo tight!!!!! and way too long. Second shipment was missing a towel, I called and they said it was “my fault” bc the warehouse was out and I chose it anyways. Which ACTUALLY you don’t choose your individual items... ELLIE does. The packing slips said QNT 1 for the towel... no towel. They shipped me a pair of pants in place.
Third box- Same. No bra. But packing slip SHOWED 1. I called and they said the warehouse was out and they will ship a new one. NEITHER of these “out of stock” issues were ever communicated to me. And the packing slips listed them “in the box” anyways. It was like they were HOPING I didn’t catch it...
I’m so so so so disappointed. Waste of money, don’t buy it.
