Robin love his bed
Robin , my dog, he is really picker when it comes to his bed. i was looking for bed for him and that's how i landed here. Well there are some really good options and it was quite easy to shop from here. I chose the memory foam. Its quite good and balanced. There is a little firmness which is good as he can sleep without getting too much soft bed which is good for muscles and bones. The memory foam is also 100% waterproof. it saves so much of time and hassle. Robin really liked his new bed and find it comfortable, also his sleeping is getting better too.
Mattress pads, toppers, pillows, cotton beach towel
You don't have to search around for bedding anymore, eLuxury Supply has everything my family needs. From mattress pads to pillows, their products never let us down. I just switched out my old pillows for new ones from eLuxury and have been sleeping so much better ever since. Their cotton beach towel is also a favorite of mine, it holds up really well after many washes. Not only are their products amazing, but their service is exceptional too. Ordering is super easy, they process and ship orders quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Bedding set
I just bought a bedding set from this store and I have to say, I am really happy with it. The product is so pretty and has definitely made my sleep better. The quality of the bedding set is amazing and I feel like I'm sleeping like a baby every night. The customer service was great, the staff really knew their stuff and were super helpful. Bamboo mattress pad purchase
I just got a bamboo mattress pad from this store, and I couldn't be happier with it! The customer service was fantastic - they were super helpful and knew everything about the product. Since using the bamboo mattress pad, my sleep has been so much better. I'm really glad I decided to buy it.
Memory foam mattress
The memory foam mattress is super comfy and supportive, but man, the customer service just let me down big time. I accidentally ripped the cover while moving, so I reached out to see about buying a new one. Can you believe they said I had to get a whole new mattress instead? That's so crazy and totally not cool. I used to recommend this company to everyone, but not anymore. It sucks because the mattress itself is good, but their customer service just ruined it for me.
Mattress purchase
I just bought a mattress from this company and, man, it was a total nightmare. After I ordered, it was crickets from them - no updates, no responses to my inquiries. It wasn't until I left a bad review on their site that they finally reached out, and even then, it was only because I asked for a refund. The lack of communication and responsiveness was really disappointing and aggravating. I'm glad I eventually got my money back, but it shouldn't have taken a bad review for them to start listening to their customers.
My order that never came
I bought something online, but it never came. When I called, they told me they were out of stock. But now I just checked and it's on their website, but for a higher price!
Cooling mattress pad purchase
I bought a cooling mattress pad from this company because they had great reviews, but I was bummed out when it didn't keep me cool like it promised. It actually made me feel hotter, which was a bummer. When I tried to return it, I found out they were taking out a 10% fee from my refund. They didn't say anything about that on the website, so I felt tricked and cheated. I suggest staying away from this company.
Headboard and footboard purchase
I recently bought a headboard and footboard, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I was drawn to this company's stuff because it looked sleek and high-quality on their website. But when I finally got the items, they were a huge disappointment. The quality was seriously lacking, and the materials felt cheap. The bed frame was weak and didn't hold up at all, making me feel like I totally wasted my money on some crappy products.
Mattress pad purchase
I just bought a mattress pad from this company and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast, but when I got the product, I saw there were tears in one of the pads. Plus, it didn't even cover my mattress properly, so it kept slipping off at night. I tried emailing and even left a voicemail about their warranty, but didn't hear back after two emails and a phone call. Really disappointed in their customer service, honestly.
