I just reached out to customer service about a problem I was having with my Elvie stride. The person I talked to was super helpful and really understood where I was coming from. They listened well to what was going on with my product and right away offered to send me a replacement piece covered by the warranty. Besides solving my problem fast, they also showed a lot of kindness and concern for postpartum moms, which I thought was really nice. All in all, I'm very happy with the help I got from the Elvie customer service rep.
Simple and efficient breast pump
The breast pump was really easy to use and did what it was supposed to. But, I was bummed when it suddenly stopped working within the warranty period. Luckily, the customer service team was on top of things and sent me a new one in just 2 days. It's clear that this company gets what moms need and goes the extra mile to offer great support.
Replacement part for Elvie Stride
I had a problem with a part on my Elvie Stride, so I contacted the Customer Care team on their website. I was really happy with how fast they got back to me and how helpful Ashley May was in fixing the issue. They had a replacement part sent to me within a day. The customer service was top-notch and made everything go a lot more smoothly.
Hands-free breast pump
The hands-free breast pump is great in theory, but in reality, I found it pretty heavy and not so comfy when it's up against my chest. I eventually realized that wearing it by my hip was a better move to avoid sweating too much. Those long cords were a pain though, always getting tangled up and hard to keep organized. Oddly enough, my manual hand pump actually worked better and faster at getting out milk than the hands-free one did.
Pregnancy products
The customer service team at this company is amazing at how they handle any problems that come up. I've actually told a bunch of my friends who are having babies about their products, and they've all been really happy with what they bought. Their customer service and warranty are definitely top-notch.
Breast pump purchase with lack of spare parts
The breast pump I bought was kind of expensive, but it works really well. One downside though, it didn't come with many extra parts so I have to clean them all the time. When I tried to buy more, I realized they were sold in different amounts and some rubber pieces weren't even for sale. If I had known this was gonna be the case, I probably would've looked at other options. Having to buy so many spare parts ended up making the whole thing way too pricey for me.
