    I have been using the Embr Wave for several weeks now and it has truly made a difference in my daily life.     Wave 2 charging replacement

    I had some problems with my Wave 2 charger, but when I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. Even though my device was out of warranty, they still replaced it for me. I'm so relieved I didn't have to fork out money for a new one. Big kudos to their awesome customer service squad!

    Wave2 not working

    I picked up the rose-colored Wave2, but it didn't work for me, so I swapped it out for the black one. They tacked on an extra $10, which wasn't cool. The band that came with it kept sliding off when I sweat, but shouldn't it come with a sweat-proof band? I really had my hopes up for the Wave2, that's why I shelled out $360 from my social security check. But when I really needed it - in the frozen food aisle of the grocery store on a snowy day - it failed me. I ended up drenched in sweat until I had to resort to using a bag of frozen peas and paper towels to cool off. Had to spend more cash on those items too. Ended up returning both the Wave2 and the band and asked for a refund, but Embr Labs sent me a kinda threatening letter about not getting a full refund. Let them know to cut it with the threats. I'm gonna hold off and see how they handle this mess before making any more moves.
