I placed an order on October 2nd and when I tried to complete the order nothing happened. So I pressed that button 2 times nothing happened the 2nd time as well. I checked my bank and I got charged 2 times. I received one of those products which was the one I wanted. However I tried contacting someone 3 times now to get a refund for the second one. No one has gotten back to me and I'm just so over this.
This is my 2nd complaint for the company, originally I sent one out October 14th, the 14th as in 6 days ago and I have nothing. And I don't get mad over stuff easily and I'm getting so mad over this. Because how bad at customer service can the company be to not even answer a simple email that I've sent out 6 out 7 times mind you. I just want a simple refund of 25 dollars that's it. I swear the company is making this such a big deal
