Emjay: Just okay
As a customer of Emjay, I have had mixed experiences with the company. On one hand, their online platform is easy to navigate and the selection of products is quite extensive. However, I have had issues with their shipping and customer service.
In terms of shipping, I have had packages take much longer than the estimated delivery date. I also had one package that never arrived, and the customer service representative I spoke with was not very helpful in resolving the issue.
On the other hand, I have been pleased with the quality of the products I have received. I have purchased several items and have been satisfied with all of them. The prices are also quite reasonable.
Overall, while I have had some negative experiences with Emjay's shipping and customer service, I have been satisfied with the products and prices. However, I would recommend looking into other options before making a purchase.
