Emma Mattress: A decent option with average comfort
I recently purchased an Emma Mattress and have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The mattress arrived quickly and was easy to set up. It did have a slight chemical smell when I first unboxed it, but this dissipated within a few days.
The mattress itself is comfortable and provides good support. I have a back condition and was worried that a foam mattress may not be supportive enough, but I have not had any issues with pain since switching to the Emma Mattress. I also appreciate that it is made of high-quality materials and is manufactured in Germany.
One downside is that the mattress does retain some heat, so if you tend to sleep hot, you may want to consider a different option. Additionally, the mattress is a bit on the firmer side, so if you prefer a softer mattress, this may not be the best choice for you.
Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend the Emma Mattress to others. The company has a great website that is easy to navigate and provides a lot of helpful information about the product. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was fast. I gotta tell ya, this mattress has totally transformed my sleeping game. I used to wake up feeling all sore and achy, but ever since I switched to this mattress, those pains have pretty much vanished. The level of sleep I'm getting now is like nothing I've experienced before, it's top-notch! I can't stress enough how much I love this mattress. Emma CliMax Mattress
My wife and I have been sleeping on the Emma CliMax mattress for 2 months now. Even though we're both on the big and tall side, it's incredibly comfortable, isolates motion, and sleeps cool. We're very happy with it, especially since it's so affordable.
Black Friday order
I ordered two mattresses on Black Friday, but only one showed up on time. The other one still hasn't come, and I have no idea when it will. Customer service is the worst. They take forever to answer on chat, never have the phone center open, and the emails are so annoying. I don't get why they keep asking for tracking info when I already have it from FedEx. I should've read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from here. The mattress I did receive is nice, but it's frustrating that only one of my kids will get it in time for Christmas.
Difficulty in contacting customer service
I had a really tough time trying to get a hold of customer service to help me out with my order. The phone calls kept getting cut off, and my emails were completely ignored. The best way I found to actually talk to someone was through the chat on their website. But even then, the person I talked to couldn't give me a solid date for when my mattress would ship because they were out of stock. Feeling annoyed by the lack of updates and not knowing what was going on with my order, I ended up just canceling it and searching for another option somewhere else.
Mattress
I'm so frustrated with this company! I ordered a mattress weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I tried to get help from customer service, but they wouldn't give me a refund. It looks like other people have had the same problem based on the reviews I've read. Their customer service is seriously lacking. I'd suggest avoiding this company to save yourself the stress of dealing with them.
Online mattress purchase
I bought a mattress online, but the delivery company they chose didn't show up not once, but twice! I had to take days off from work and I still didn't get my mattress. It's so frustrating! And when I tried to get compensation, they just straight up ignored me. Ugh, it's so annoying!
Emma Climax mattress
I was so pumped to get my Emma Climax mattress, but man oh man, my time with it has been a total bust. I picked this mattress because they guaranteed next-day shipping, but that turned out to be a big fat lie. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, I got a bunch of different answers that didn't help me one bit. Their lack of clear communication and consistency really drove me up the wall. It's just not cool for a company to make all these promises they can't make good on and then dodge responsibility when they get caught.
Two mattresses
I was really let down by this company. The two mattresses I bought were not supportive at all, and the customer service was just terrible. When I tried to return one of the mattresses after only a month, they didn't even come to pick it up and I had to give it away. And now, I've been waiting almost three months for a replacement single mattress, and all I get from customer service is excuses. The new mattress is uncomfortable and is giving me back pain. I've complained multiple times, but all I get in response are long emails that don't actually do anything.
Frame ordered in February, mattress received on time
The company kept changing their story about when the frame would be delivered, so I finally gave up and asked for a refund.
