Steam Beam Engine Kit
I recently got my hands on the Steam Beam Engine Kit and gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how well everything was put together, especially those tiny ball bearings. But, I gotta admit, I had to be really careful and double-check the instructions because the assembly required some serious attention to detail. Lesson learned - always 'Read the Instructions' (RTFI) before diving in. I had to backtrack a few times to make sure everything lined up right with the pictures provided.
Once I finally got it all put together with some careful work, the engine ran smoothly and looked super cool - like a work of art as much as a functioning model. And bonus - the flywheel already had a grub screw in place, so I was able to get it going just by blowing into the boiler.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and how everything turned out, even though it felt like there were just enough screws to get the job done.Toyan V800 base with additional parts
I just got the Toyan V800 base and 3 motor starter modules to make it work better. The base is really well-made and strong, so adding the extra parts was a breeze. I wanted to play it safe, so I put in an extra start button switch to make sure both switches have to be pressed to start the motor. The electrical setup inside the base was nice and secure with soldered connections and heat shrink insulation. The only bummer was that the base I got had a cracked glass on one end of the fuel tank, but they're sending me a replacement. Overall, I'm happy with how good and useful the base is.
Metal model project
I gotta say, this metal model project I got from Enginediy is seriously amazing! I was a first-timer with this company, and let me tell you, I was super impressed by how high-quality and precise the parts were. Putting it together was a bit tough but also fun, and the final product is just beautiful. I've got it on display in my home now, and every time I have visitors, they are always blown away. And the fact that it runs on a rechargeable battery is just the icing on the cake. I can't wait to grab more kits from Enginediy down the road!
Turbo jet engine model
I bought a turbo jet engine model from Enginediy and honestly, I was blown away by how good it was. The design was even cooler in person than in the pictures on the website. The folks at Enginediy were super helpful and quick to answer all my questions. They were total pros, but still really friendly. The price was totally fair for such a high-quality product. I'll definitely be shopping with them again. The only downside was that it took a couple of weeks for the product to get to me. But overall, I was really happy with my experience.
V12 Engine
I just received my V12 Engine from enginediy and it's absolutely amazing! The customer service was fantastic, communication was excellent, and the product quality is superb. I was a bit hesitant to pre-order something so pricey, but after my previous purchase went so well, I had no doubts about trusting them. If you're looking for model engines, accessories, or something cool like the V12, enginediy is definitely the way to go!
Hobby kit purchase
I got my hobby kit pretty quickly and I was really grateful for how fast it showed up. Once I had some time to spare after my regular job, I spent my evenings putting the kit together. Mini drill press purchase for boat deck work
I was really impressed by the quality of this little drill press. It's well-built, fits perfectly on my workbench, and is just right for the small projects I work on with boat decks. The price was fair, and I was really happy with the free shipping and how quickly it got to me in Canada. I did run into a small problem with the power supply not being included, but the Customer Service team at Enginediy took care of it right away. Model engine purchase
I was so impressed by the model engine I got from Enginediy. I love Harley Davidson, so I really appreciated the detail and workmanship that went into this. The instructions for putting it together weren't great, but I was able to figure it out because I know my way around mechanical stuff. New model purchase
I recently got this super cool new model from EngineDIY and I had a blast putting it together. The only downside was that a few little pieces were missing, but when I reached out to them, they quickly sent me the missing parts without any issues. EngineDIY is amazing and totally trustworthy. Purchased a small combustion engine model
I just got this cool little combustion engine model from Enginediy for my 12-year-old boy who wants to work with his hands when he grows up. My husband, who's a mechanical engineer, helped put it together and we both thought it was really well-made and easy to assemble. It runs like a dream and my son is over the moon about it. I'm so glad Enginediy has these educational products for kids to tinker with and discover new things.
Turbine purchase
The turbine I bought from you all worked just like you said it would. I've noticed it's more powerful when I use live steam instead of just compressed air. Right now, I'm working on building a diesel locomotive in G scale, and the turbine is gonna power the generator I got from you all too. I'm really happy with how well the product works and how good it is.
DIY engine kit
In short - it's a sophisticated scam. I ordered a DIY engine kit. Instead of the kit, I got a 3 USD worth plastic ring that I didn't order, with my name and address but a different shipping number. I wrote to them, suggesting that their local carrier made a mistake and assigned the wrong parcel to the wrong customer. They replied they take no responsibility, and that they have proof that my order has been delivered to the correct address - they show me that the original parcel has been collected exactly at the time I collected it. Then they "kindly advise" you to check with your neighbors, perhaps they collected the parcel for me. No need to check - I collected it, it just wasn't what I ordered for plenty of money. They also argue that the shipping number on the parcel is somehow an equivalent of the shipping number they provided me with the order, even though they are totally different. I would also like to mention that prior to placing the order, I consulted with scam warning sites to see that they are safe, and indeed I was told they are. They are probably very sophisticated and usually send real goods, only scamming occasionally to boost profits.

Golf clubs
They decided to get into the golf club liquidation business and evidently had some shipping partners that were not honest or they both didn't know what they were doing. I ordered 5 clubs from them and have not received the first club yet. I did receive two rings that looked like they came out of one of those playland machines. The tracking numbers on the packages were the ones that were supposed to be on some of the clubs. The packages were 5 x 7 inches, hardly big enough for a golf club.
Engine DIY V8 engine
This is a fraud company. I paid in full and bought the product a month ago. After multiple emails they sent a some jewelry but not the product I bought. And now they say have you received the product. very frustrating. Most of the reviews might be a made up or paid.
