I've been using this flower subscription service for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The bouquets I've gotten have been absolutely gorgeous, with a mix of fresh flowers that have stayed beautiful for over two weeks. The shipment I got on March 29th was especially lovely, with a nice mix of roses and carnations in different colors. The 50+ stem collection is a fantastic deal, giving me enough flowers for two big vases. I've been getting fresh flowers delivered from this company and it's been fantastic. They've arrived on time, fresh as can be, and with so many blooms that have lasted for weeks. I would absolutely suggest their fresh flower deliveries to anyone who wants a dependable and top-notch service.
Fresh flower bouquets
The fresh flower bouquets were a good deal price-wise, but I was pretty disappointed in the quality. Most of the time, the flowers showed up looking brown or droopy, and they barely lasted a week. I called customer service to let them know, and they were really nice about it. They sent me some new bouquets right away, but they ended up being the exact same ones and came with my next order, so I got two of the same bouquets at once.
Gifted 3-month flower subscription
So, I decided to get my wife a 3-month flower subscription for Christmas, and the first bouquet arrived right on time in January. It was nice, nothing too crazy. But now, we're in mid-February, and I haven't heard a word from the company. All I keep getting are these annoying emails about their other deals. I finally contacted them, and they told me they were sold out due to Valentine's Day. I mean, come on, I already paid in December, so what gives? They keep telling me everything is fine, but my account still says "unscheduled". Ugh, it's so frustrating!
Subscription delivery
The first delivery was amazing and lasted a while. The second one showed up late and wasn't great, but customer service took care of it by adding a free delivery to my subscription. I'm really pleased with everything in the end.

And the final bouquet I got didn't even last a week; it had to be tossed out way sooner than usual. When I tried to get in touch with customer service through email to talk about my issues, I never got a response. It's a bummer that I paid a good amount of money and expected better customer service in return.

I recently decided to give a subscription flower delivery service a try because they were having a deal for first-time customers. The process of ordering was easy, but I wasn't too happy when I found out about sneaky shipping charges that were not clear until I had already given my credit card details. That probably messed with the flowers' quality and how long they lasted. Plus, it looks like they didn't give the flowers enough water for the trip, which was a bummer. On the bright side, customer service was awesome and took care of the problems I had with my order right away. Most of the bouquets I got were actually really nice, so I might keep using this service if they offer some good deals.
