Cheap but good items
We had small meeting and we wanted to buy some items for promotions for the event. the event was for kids , so i searched what i got from here , the packet of crayons looked good to me and there was option for customizing as well. The delivered parcel was also amazing , they followed all the instructions and it was good in quality. I recommend this fr buying something in more amount nd for promotions, however the quality varies depending on what you are buying , the one i bought was good but its not that good which make sense to me
Purchase of promotional products
I recently bought a bunch of promotional products from ePromos to give out to firefighters, nurses, doctors, and church camps. Gotta say, I was super happy with the service I got from the ePromos team. They not only got my stuff to me fast, but they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Big shoutout to Julie Gray, Sheila Tepley, and Anna Gould for all the help and awesome customer service. I trusted my purchase and definitely plan on coming back for more in the future.
New merchandise purchase
I was new to buying merchandise and had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, I got paired up with this awesome rep named Betsy Maurer. She really went the extra mile to walk me through everything. Her tips and suggestions were super helpful, and my sales really took off. I've been telling everyone about ePromos because of the amazing help I got. I might've ended up buying more stuff than I planned, but it was totally worth it with the results I've seen.

I recently contacted to ask about gift basket ideas for new residents and giveaways, and I have to say that dealing with Mallory Zemlicka has been amazing. She gave me a ton of great ideas and product options that really fit what I was looking for. Mallory was quick to send over samples, which have really impressed me. I know the baskets I'm making will be a big hit and will make a lasting impression on the people receiving them.
Custom notebook purchase for event
Man, what a disappointment. I had my eye on a specific brand of notebook for an event coming up, and I was counting on ePromos to come through. I followed all the steps, gave the thumbs up to the proofs, even shelled out extra for rush service with a guaranteed delivery date that they promised. But then, just when I thought everything was set, I get hit with an email three days later saying they're out of stock on the notebooks. Now I'm scrambling to find a replacement from another supplier, but even with rush service, it's not going to make it in time. This whole ordeal has been a major letdown, and I definitely won't be using ePromos again.
Ordered 100 journals and needed them ASAP
I ordered 100 journals for a school project, but when I contacted Chandrell to give her my shipping address, she forgot to follow up. I mentioned that I needed them soon, but now they're too tied up to deliver my order in time. I'm really let down!

My experience with ePromos was super disappointing. I had this cool idea for a product with a political theme, so I got in touch with them to place an order. Lindsay Conti seemed nice and willing to help at first, but then I never got the email with the details of my order. Instead, they just sent a message saying they couldn't do it, no reasons given. Really bummed me out and left me feeling kind of let down by their lack of explanation and customer service.
Horrible ordering experience
I tried to order from this company, but man, it was a mess. Ran into all sorts of problems that kept me from getting what I needed. It was a real pain, wasted a bunch of time, and in the end, I couldn't even finish my purchase. The stuff they were selling looked awesome, but the service was a total letdown. It was more trouble than it was worth, so my company decided to go somewhere else. They even had the nerve to suggest upgrading our shipping, or else our order might not make it on time.
