    XP 15000 printer review

    I really like the prints that come out of the XP 15000 printer, but I've run into some annoying problems that are holding me back from fully enjoying it. Even though it can print on large 13 x 19 inch paper, I've had trouble keeping a good wifi connection and the printer has trouble knowing where to put the paper. Plus, when the ink runs out, the printer wastes a lot of paper which is super frustrating. Epson's customer support hasn't been able to fix these issues because of some restrictions in the printer's software. Even though the print quality is top-notch, the usability problems make me think twice about buying another one in the future.

    Work amazing

    I bought this power light home cinema 2040 LCD refurbished , its so good. Especally it works amazing and i am so happy with the result i am getting. Even though the price is not that expensive still for people who are looking for cheap prices will get disappointment. There are lots of good things that i found about esoen, the brand is amazing . the projector workers fine and i am seriously considering buying more from here. the refurbished item comes with really good price and overall quality, i really recommend this The customer service is good too, they have amazing options to buy from as well

    Epson printer with specific print cartridge requirements

    I bought an Epson printer about a year ago and even though the printing quality is good, I'm annoyed by their rule that only "Epson Only" new print cartridges can be used. Other brands have compatible cartridges, but the printer frequently needs replacement after firmware updates, costing me extra money. I'm thinking about getting rid of the printer, just like I did with my old HP printer because of the same cartridge problems. It's frustrating to see companies care more about money than making customers happy. I wish more people would switch to paperless solutions to cut down on these kinds of practices.

    ET 5170 printer purchase

    I just bought the ET 5170 printer and it has been a total letdown. I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting and reached out to customer service, but I just can't seem to fix the problems with this printer. The prints don't look good and it keeps giving me errors, so I can't rely on it for daily use. I recommend that others steer clear of this model and avoid the same headache I'm dealing with.

    My family recently got a new printer and we were really looking forward to getting it set up and printing all the awesome stuff we found online. But when we tried to insert the ink cartridges, they just wouldn't cooperate! So annoying! We attempted to contact customer service, and let me tell you, the person on the other end sounded like a robot repeating the same questions. And then she abruptly ended the call! How rude! Anyways, we decided to return the printer and exchange it for a different one at the store. I guess we'll be loyal to that brand moving forward.

    Printer warranty issue

    My printer stopped working after 8 months and dealing with customer service to get it fixed under the year warranty was a nightmare. They were so unhelpful, definitely not the greatest printer company out there.

    Print quality issue with recent printer purchase

    I just got a new printer and I have to say, I'm not too happy with how the prints are turning out. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, but lately, I've been running into all sorts of issues with the print quality. Having to constantly clean the printhead is a pain, on top of having to buy expensive ink and refill the maintenance box. It's all just adding up and it's really getting on my nerves. I've even started thinking about maybe switching to a different brand for my printing needs. It's really disappointing to see the quality of their products going downhill after all these years of trusting them.

    Epson printer experience

    I bought a printer from this company not too long ago, and I gotta tell ya, I'm really let down. This thing is huge, always needs fixing, and gobbles up ink like nobody's business. The printing quality ain't great and, all in all, I wish I hadn't bought it.

    Online registration experience

    My experience with the online registration process was super frustrating and just really disappointing. So, basically, there was this pop-up that told me to fill out a registration form for my product. But when I tried to enter my serial number, it just wouldn't go through. Spent a whole hour trying to figure it out by myself, but no luck. Finally decided to chat with a rep online for help. They tried their best, but still couldn't fix it. Then they told me I'd have to talk to a technician and they charged me a dollar for that service. But get this - when I filled out the credit card form, they ended up charging me $46 instead of the $1 they promised. Like, what the heck! That really got me worried about whether this company is being honest, you know? And then I had to go through the hassle of cancelling my credit card and reporting possible fraud. Just overall left me with a bad feeling about ever wanting to deal with this company again, you know?

    Faulty A3 printers

    I had such a bad time with those A3 printers. I bought one last year and it kept getting paper jams. I tried getting it replaced three times, but each new one had the same problem. I spent forever dealing with customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. And then, to top it off, I couldn't even return it because they were so incompetent.

    Printer restrictions due to alleged ink pad saturation

    I can't believe this company would purposely design software to limit my printer's functions just to make me buy more stuff. It's so annoying when my printer stops working out of nowhere because it says the ink pad is full when it's not. It's a perfect example of planned obsolescence and it should not be happening in today's market.

    Recent printer purchase

    I just bought a new printer and wanted to register it online for an extra year of warranty. But man, that was a headache! I spent like an hour and a half going back and forth with customer service just to get that warranty. I had to show proof of purchase and even snap a pic of the printer's serial number, seemed like a lot of unnecessary hassle. It really rubbed me the wrong way and got me thinking about the company's customer service standards. Finally, after I made it clear how annoyed I was, they owned up to their mistake.

    Wireless printer

    I bought a wireless printer that just never seemed to work right from the get-go. Even after trying to figure out the problem and finally getting the software to work, it ended up completely breaking down. Customer service wasn't much help at all and didn't give me any solutions for the problems I was having.
