    Extended care facility order resolution

    As residents at a nursing home, we had a problem with an order we placed. We contacted customer service several times, but it wasn't fixed until we talked to the managers. They found the mistake, fixed it, and even gave us some compensation for the trouble. We were really impressed by how they went the extra mile to help us track the calls and figure out what went wrong. Our resident was happy with the result, and we're pleased with how everything turned out.

    Three stylish wigs

    Man, you won't believe it, but I had never bought a wig before until I saw these awesome ones in a magazine. They looked so nice that I didn't hesitate to order not just one, or two, but three of them! The ordering went smoothly, except for one wig that was on backorder. But you know what?     Full and soft unit, natural feel, stable band

    This hairpiece totally blew me away with how full and soft it is. It looks so real and matches my own hair perfectly. Plus, the added band made it super secure and surprisingly comfy for wearing all day. I just can't get over how great it looks and feels!

    First-time order, expedited shipping mishap, unapproved extra charge

    I recently bought something from this company for the first time and chose to pay extra for faster shipping so I could get it before my trip. I called them twice to make sure it would arrive on time, but it didn't. I couldn't use the item during my trip. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't give me a refund for the extra shipping cost because it's their policy. I also found out that they charged me an extra $14.95 for a Platinum Rewards program I never signed up for. This whole situation really upset me and now I don't want to buy anything from them again.

    Customer service experience

    I really need to emphasize how awful my experience was with the customer service department. I had to call them a bunch of times for updates on my order, and every time I got different info. One of the reps even had the nerve to pick up the phone and say "What's your problem" instead of a normal hello. It was so not cool. I had to be the one to say hi first. Long story short, I won't be buying from them ever again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

    I just made a purchase with a deferred payment date, but my debit card got charged way earlier than we agreed. When I called customer service to cancel, they hung up on me three times! This has happened before and even though I'm a loyal customer, they still haven't fixed this issue or confirmed my cancellation. Their ads are deceiving and they clearly don't give a darn about us customers.

    Suit in various sizes

    I just bought a suit from this store, and I got it in size 18, 16W, and 18W. None of them fit me right, even though I usually wear a size 16. I was really bummed about how the sizes were all over the place and didn't match up with the measurements. It makes me wonder who they're making these clothes for and if they really know their customers. It was frustrating to order the same suit three times in different sizes and still not have one fit correctly. As a customer, I expect the sizes to be right and the fit to be what they say it is.

    Christmas gifts apparel purchase

    I bought a bunch of clothes online from this company as Christmas gifts. The process of ordering was easy and the stuff arrived pretty quickly. But when I checked them out, the quality was not great so I decided to return some of it. That's when I hit a snag with their return policy. The 30-day return period actually starts from the day they ship it, not when you get it. I think that's kind of unfair because it cuts down the time I have to make a return. They really need to fix that to make it fair for us customers. I'm pretty bummed about this and I hope they do better next time.

    I just bought a blouse and a belt in a size "small" and it was a total bummer when they turned out to be too big. The return process was a mess - I had to pay for shipping both ways, which ended up costing me over $20. It's annoying to waste money on stuff that doesn't fit when shopping online. And the customer service was a huge disappointment - the agents didn't seem to know what they were talking about, and the manager was just plain rude. My whole shopping experience was a disaster, and I definitely won't be coming back for more.

    The buy now pay later plan from this company is shady. You’d think it’s just a regular installment plan like other catalogs, but nope. They pull out the whole amount from your account outta nowhere instead of letting you pay bit by bit. It's sketchy and totally catches you off guard. Sounds like a classic bait and switch move to me.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered something and waited two weeks but it never showed up. The customer service people were so rude and not helpful at all. One of them even shushed me when I was just trying to explain what was going on. It's crazy to me how unprofessional they were. It seems like nobody in charge is taking responsibility for how things are being handled.

    Dress order experience

    I ordered this dress that was out of stock for two weeks, only to see it go on sale while I was waiting for it. The customer service team wouldn't budge on adjusting the cost or giving me any compensation for the hassle. I asked if I could reorder the dress and get a free shipping code since I didn't pay for shipping on the first order, but they said no. The way the customer service team handled it made me feel really disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. It's frustrating to see them not treating customers well when other big retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Macy's make customer satisfaction a priority.

    Pricey dress returned

    I bought this dress thinking it was a good deal, but it was way pricier than I thought. Trying to return it turned into a whole thing. I couldn't find the return label, so I called customer service for help. They said I had to fork over more cash for shipping! Like, seriously? Can't they just check my order and see I already paid for shipping once? And the customer service rep didn't even know how much return shipping would cost. So annoying! It's stuff like this that makes me not want to shop here anymore.
