JBL Flip 2 Speaker
I got a JBL Flip 2 speaker from this company and it was a total disaster. They sent it to the wrong address first, and when I tried to contact them, turns out the info they gave was fake. It took a dispute with my credit card company for them to finally send it to the right place. And when I finally got it, it wasn't brand new like they said - it was a damaged knockoff with blemishes, discoloration, and scratches all over. I was so let down and annoyed by this whole thing. Definitely do your homework before buying from these mystery companies.
Insurance policy for my phone
Oh my gosh, setting up my phone insurance policy was a complete nightmare! I couldn't even log into my account at first and then had to wait around for a link that didn't even work. When I tried to talk to the online help bot, that link failed too! So frustrating! I ended up having to call customer service, waited on hold forever, and then the agent kept going offline every time I tried to answer a question. It was endless frustration! Just when I thought I had everything sorted, I got disconnected before finalizing anything. Ugh, I am never doing that again!
In-ear headphones purchase
I recently bought some in-ear headphones and man, what a letdown! The package came in a sketchy plastic bag with no instructions or extras. I tried charging them up, but they wouldn't hold a charge at all. I'm starting to think these headphones might be fake or used. I've been reaching out to the company but getting no response. I feel totally scammed and I just want to warn others to steer clear of this company.
Plantronics M90 bluetooth headset
Item was suppose to be new. It came in a plastic ziplock bag, one rubber earpiece cover and hook which broke a few hours into using it. Ive bought many plantronics products and they all come in nice boxes with multiple earpiece options. No phone number. Poor customer service. I emailed the company to see if the product was ever sent out (no updates/tracking). I received no response. Lets see if they respond to the broken part. I will not use this company again.
