    Hoop earrings and silver heart necklace

    The jewelry I got from this company was really pretty, but there was a little problem with how it was wrapped. The hoop earrings and silver heart necklace I bought were gorgeous and came quickly, in less than three business days. However, when I opened the package, I was bummed to see that the chain of the necklace had a knot in it. The chain was already fragile, and the knot made me worry that it might break. I'm not looking for a refund, but I wanted to give my honest feedback so that Eve's Addiction can make their packaging better and prevent this from happening to other customers. Overall, I liked the products, but I hope they can do better with how they wrap things up.

    Pave wedding band purchase

    The pave wedding band I got was even better than I expected. The design is gorgeous and looks way prettier than the real deal. When I opened the package, I was amazed at how sparkly and intricately crafted it was. I ordered it on February 4th, and it came right on time. The customer service team was awesome and answered all my questions quickly. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more.

    I bought that birthstone bezel necklace not too long ago and I was so let down by how things went. I was extra careful not to get it wet and took it off every night, but somehow one of the stones fell out after less than two months of wearing it. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if they could help, but they didn't get back to me and seemed like they weren't interested in fixing the problem.

    Necklace mix-up

    I got these really adorable birthstone necklaces for my grandmas and mom, but they messed up and sent them in the wrong metal! Can you believe it? And when I reached out through email, they were totally unhelpful. Their website definitely needs some improvements, like seriously, how difficult is it to get the metal right for an order? I just don't think I can rely on this company to get my order correct in the future, so nope, not shopping with them again.

    Birthstone cross necklace for my mom

    I got my mom this birthstone cross necklace for Mother's Day and man, it was a huge disappointment. It didn't look nearly as pretty as it did online. It was supposed to be super shiny and beautiful, but it ended up looking kinda cheap and discolored on one side. Even though my mom said she liked it, I was definitely expecting better based on other stuff I've gotten from that place in the past.

    Disappointing customer service

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company recently. It seems like they got bought out by some foreign company because the responses I got back didn't even help with my issues. It's frustrating when you're asking for help and it feels like they're not even getting what you're saying. This company is all about making money and not giving good service, total scam.

    Personalized bracelet, too small, poor customer service, no refund

    I got this bracelet for my dad's birthday thinking it’d be the perfect gift, but man was I off! It ended up being way too small, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, it was a total nightmare. I had to make four calls just to find someone who could actually help me out! And on top of that, they wouldn’t give me a refund because apparently personalized stuff can’t be returned. Like, come on, what am I supposed to do with a bracelet that doesn’t even fit? I’m so let down and annoyed. Definitely not buying from here again!

    I just bought a necklace from this company and man, was it a letdown. The first necklace I got was missing a stone, so I reached out to customer service for a replacement. Turns out, they sent it to the wrong address. They dropped the ball big time on quality control and couldn't even fix their own mistakes. And don't even get me started on the outsourced customer service - they were clueless and couldn't help at all. Overall, this whole experience was a big disappointment and I won't be shopping with them again.

    Personalized Necklace Purchase

    I recently bought a personalized necklace and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The whole process of ordering was a mess - the instructions were super confusing and the options were not clear at all. And don't even get me started on the customer service. The person I talked to was no help at all, so dismissive. They basically brushed me off and told me to call back during 'regular business hours', even though their website says they're open on Sundays. And when I wanted to cancel my order right after making it, there was no way to do that, which is just ridiculous. Most good companies let you cancel, but not this one apparently. I wish I had done more research on this company before buying from them, because all the comments and reviews online talk about how dissatisfied people are. I definitely won't be buying from them again, and I suggest you steer clear, too.

    Interlocking heart necklace with birthstone gems

    I was really let down by the interlocking heart necklace I bought as a gift. It was supposed to be a nice gesture, but it looks like something you'd find in a kids' dress-up bin, not a quality piece of jewelry. And for $70, I expected a lot better. The birthstone gems? Yeah, they're not shining like they were in the picture. Turns out they're just cheap plastic. You could get a much nicer necklace for the same price that's made with Swarovski crystals and real silver. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, the website gave me a hard time. They claimed it was custom-made because of the birthstones, but those things were just floating in the locket and could easily be taken out. Just a big disappointment all around.

    I recently bought a silver ring from this online store and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how it all went down. It's been over a month since I ordered it and I still have no idea where it's at. I feel totally left in the dark, not knowing if my ring is ever gonna show up. The fact that I can't track my order is frustrating and makes me wonder if this company can even be trusted. And on top of that, every time I tried to reach out to customer service by email, all I got back were those annoying automated responses. It was like they weren't taking me seriously and just treating me like another cog in their wheel. To add insult to injury, the shipping fees through UPS for orders outside the US are outrageous. The combination of sky-high shipping costs and a total lack of transparency in the tracking process really leaves a lot to be desired for a customer like me.

    Anniversary gift purchase

    I bought an anniversary gift recently and the customer service was awful. At first, things were okay because I used a coupon that made the item cheaper. But then, after I placed the order, they said they couldn't confirm my address on my credit card. Even though my credit card company said there were no problems and approved the purchase, they wanted a photo of my passport or driver's license for verification. I sent what they needed, but it was a pain and it really turned me off.
