My Experience with Ethical and Sustainable Fashion Brand Everlane
I have been a customer of Everlane for several years now, and I have to say that I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their products and the transparency of their business practices.

I recently bought a pair of jeans online and had a big issue with my package taking forever to get to me. I ordered them on November 19th, but somehow they ended up in the UK even though I live in Asia. It was super annoying, especially because I needed them in time for the holidays when I'll be traveling. I contacted Customer Service and they got back to me quickly, told me what was going on, and gave me some options to fix it. I was really impressed with how professional they were and it definitely made me feel better, even if I don't get my package in time for my trip. Shoutout to Rachel for helping me out!
Black Cotton T-Shirt
Ordering from this company was pretty easy, all in all. I did hear some mixed things about returning stuff, but happily, that wasn't my experience. I snagged a black cotton t-shirt after spotting it on a TV show, and let me tell you, I'm super happy with the quality. The shirt matches up exactly with what was shown on the website - great cut and made of a really nice, sturdy fabric. The delivery was with DHL, and though it did take some time, I liked being able to keep tabs on where my package was during those two weeks.
International order
My boyfriend and I ordered some stuff from this online store, and picking out sizes was a breeze with all the options on the website. The clothes seem decent for now, but who knows how durable they really are.<br><br> The shipping was a total mess! Our package took a crazy route before it finally arrived. I mean, why did it travel to all those random places that were nowhere near each other? It's sort of awkward, to be honest. Crossing my fingers that the clothes hold up well after all that hassle!
Cashmere cardigan purchase
I was totally worried when I snagged a cashmere cardigan on sale and then read all these sketchy reviews, you know? But hey, everything ended up being super smooth - from ordering to delivery! I even hit up customer service to find out about the delivery and they were quick and helpful. So yeah, service was top-notch! And now I'm totally pleased with my cardigan, it's so soft and cozy. I loved it so much that I ended up grabbing two more things on sale! 🥰
Cashmere and alpaca sweaters
I really love my cashmere and alpaca sweaters from them! They are so cozy and warm. I really miss the turtleneck sweater they used to have, that one was my favorite. Unfortunately, the "Soft Italian Wool" sweater didn't hold up well in the wash, so I wouldn't suggest that one. But in general, I've been really satisfied with everything else I've gotten from there.
