    I am a client of Everythingbreaks, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of products. I have ordered multiple items from them, and they have all been delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

    The customer service team is also top-notch. I had a question about one of my orders, and the representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly.

    This company is a joke, man. The customer service was absolutely awful - it was like pulling teeth trying to get any info out of them. The person I talked to was super rude and not helpful at all, and it just left me feeling all frustrated and annoyed. The prices were okay, I guess, but honestly, dealing with all the hassle wasn't worth it. And to top it all off, the delivery was slow as molasses. Just the icing on the cake for this whole crummy experience, ya know?

    Extended car warranty

    I called to get a warranty for my car and the guy on the phone was really rude. He wanted to sell me this pricey plan that I couldn't afford, even though I mentioned that some things were already covered by my regular insurance. When I asked for a lower price, he got all annoyed and presented another plan that was still too expensive. Eventually, he offered a cheaper option, but when I requested the terms in writing, he just hung up on me! How rude and unprofessional!

    Extended warranty for car transmission

    I got this extended warranty for my car's transmission from this company, thinking it would give me peace of mind in case something went wrong. But then when my transmission actually broke down, they said I didn't do the right maintenance and denied my claim. It was so frustrating because I always took my car to the dealership for maintenance, so their excuse didn't make sense. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the transmission, and now I feel like I wasted my money on the warranty. When I tried to cancel the policy, they made it really difficult, which just added to my frustration. I was really disappointed with their service and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    Extended warranty experience

    My experience with Everything Breaks was awful. I had been making premium payments for months, but when I needed coverage for my transmission repair, they denied my claim even though it was supposed to be covered in my policy. The claims manager, Gabriel, was so rude and unhelpful, it was like he thought he owned the company. The adjuster didn't even do a thorough assessment of my vehicle before denying my claim. It all just felt like a big scam, with lies and excuses to avoid paying for repairs. I definitely wouldn't recommend Everything Breaks to anyone - steer clear!
