    I've been a loyal customer for over ten years now and my feelings about the quality have been up and down. A while back, I had some issues but after Covid hit, I decided to give them another shot. These days, the clothes are worth the money, although there are still some items that are hit-or-miss. Luckily, returning stuff in-store is easy which makes up for any letdowns. And their sales and clearance items are perfect for getting trendy stuff at a good price. The rewards program is a nice bonus too. As long as they keep up the good quality and stay stylish, I'll keep shopping there.

    Online shopping experience

    Who in their right mind decided to have dudes model women's clothes on the internet? It's basically disrespecting the ladies who are supposed to be buying and wearing these clothes. I used to really enjoy shopping at that place, but now I can't even picture those outfits on a real woman. It's a bummer because I used to be a regular there, but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to shop.

    Oh my gosh! I just went to the store and found out someone used my card without even showing an ID! Can you believe that? It's so messed up, right? They didn't even bother to check if it was actually me! How on earth did this happen? This definitely needs to be looked into right away!

    Designer glasses purchase

    I wanna talk about these glasses I got recently from this company. I found them on a marketplace and thought they were designer, but when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures online. And guess what? I couldn't even return them.

    I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times and finally got in touch with a supervisor who told me to talk to the marketplace vendor. The vendor was in China and said they couldn't do returns, and I had to go back to the company I bought them from - Express. So, I contacted Express again, and they basically said tough luck, nothing they could do.

    Now, I'm stuck with these glasses I don't even like, and they cost me a lot of money. It's a total bummer.

    I can't believe how bold this company is, selling such crappy products for crazy high prices. I bought something that turned out to be totally useless - no packaging, no instructions, just a cheap excuse for a product that I tossed in the garbage. I feel totally ripped off.

    Online order, international processing fee

    What a bummer! I bought something from this online store in August and it went well. But my next order was a total letdown. I got slammed with an $82 international processing fee on my so-called "free shipping" order. How sketchy is that? If I wasn't paying attention, I would have been totally caught off guard by this sneaky fee. It's annoying and way too pricey. Come on, don't play games!

    Recent credit reduction and poor quality clothes

    I've been shopping at this store for years, but I'm really upset with the recent changes. Back in 2019, they cut down a bit of my credit limit on their card, which was already a red flag. And now, just yesterday, they went ahead and reduced it even more - that was the last straw for me. The clothes they offer used to be top-notch, but lately, they've gone downhill in quality while keeping the prices high. It's disheartening to see a brand I used to adore now turn into a place selling overpriced and low-quality stuff. I've decided I won't be returning to this store and will be bringing back my latest purchase. Treating a former loyal customer, who's spent a good amount of money with them, so disrespectfully is just not right.

    My mom bought me these shoes from a store, but they are so ugly and totally not my style! We tried to take them back, but we waited too long and they refused to take them! Now I'm stuck with shoes that I'll never wear. We even reached out to customer service, but they were useless. It's just not right!

    Late fee issues

    My bill was supposed to be paid by the 11th, but it didn't go through until the next business day. I live on the west coast in a different time zone, and yet I still got hit with a late fee. It's frustrating that they wouldn't waive the fee, especially given the circumstances of the pandemic. Their lack of understanding for individual situations is unprofessional and has led me to take my business elsewhere, along with telling my friends and family to do the same. If this is how they're going to treat their customers, Express won't last much longer. I'm done wasting my money with them.

    My purchase was just terrible

    Oh man, my online shopping experience was seriously the worst ever! The customer service was so horrible, they just kept ignoring my messages and not helping at all. And let me tell you about the website and app - they were always glitching and messing up. I honestly feel like this whole thing is just a complete scam being run by clueless people.

    Paint purchase scam

    I just got scammed trying to buy paint online. The website seemed legit, but after ordering, I figured out it was a scam. I never got the paint, and when I tried to reach customer service for a tracking number or some answers, they ghosted me. It wasn't until over a month later that I realized I had been ripped off for $187. Luckily, my bank gave me a refund, but going through that process was irritating and took forever. I want to warn others to be careful when shopping online and to really check out websites before spending any money.

    Unreachable customer service

    The customer service at this place is terrible! I've been trying to reach them about an online order and they are impossible to get a hold of. I sent emails, waited forever on hold on the phone, and even tried to chat with them, but no one responded. How do they stay in business with such lousy customer service? It's just not right.

    Clothing quality and design

    It's really sad to see how the quality and styles of the clothes have gone downhill over the years. They used to be so nice, with classy designs that were totally worth the money. But now, it's like the quality has dropped and the designs are just not good at all. It's so disappointing to see a brand lose its touch like this. I used to love shopping here all the time, but now I can't bring myself to do it with the high prices and low quality.
