F1 merchandise
The F1 merchandise online store is a great place for fans of the sport. The live race signal could be better, but the website has tons of helpful info for fans. They've got a wide variety of products, from clothes to collectibles, so there's something for everybody. Ordering was easy and quick, which made the whole experience really positive. The prices were decent and the discounts were a nice surprise. I was really happy with the service and my order arrived quickly.
Quick delivery, packaging issue
My packages got here super fast even though they were coming from overseas. But I gotta say, I had a little problem with the packaging. I ordered an Ayrton Senna Backpack and an AlphaTauri Bucket hat. The bucket hat came in this huge plastic bag that seemed way too big for it, especially compared to the backpack. I get that sometimes packaging stuff can be out of your hands, but it would be awesome if you could use packaging that fits better to cut down on waste.
F1 shirts
I got my F1 shirts earlier than I thought, which was really cool. The tracking info they sent me in the email was pretty helpful. The shirts themselves are top-notch and cost less than what other folks were charging. I was super pleased with my order from the F1 store, especially since I snagged them during a year-end sale. I'm pumped to rock those shirts and hopefully catch an F1 race in person sometime soon.
Jacket purchase, quality, warmth, planning to purchase more
I recently bought a jacket from F1 Store and had a great experience! They kept me informed about the status of my order from start to finish, which was really nice. The jacket itself was even better than I expected - super warm but also breathable so I didn't get too hot. I'm really happy with my purchase and might even buy more stuff from them down the road.
Exchanged sizes
The sizes were totally off from what I was anticipating, so I had to go through the hassle of returning them and buying new ones in the right sizes. It was a bummer because there wasn't an option to just exchange them, which meant I missed out on the discount from the initial purchase and had to shell out for the return shipping too.
Return shipping issue
If you're looking to return something you bought, be prepared to pay extra for shipping. I had a rough time trying to return something that didn't fit right because the cost of sending it back overseas was crazy. It felt like insult to injury after already paying for the item. The product was okay, but the return was a headache. Customer service was helpful, but the pricey return shipping was a bummer. Definitely think hard before making that purchase!
shirt with car motif
I just bought a shirt with a car design from the store. The shirt was pretty great, just like they said. But I noticed a little black stain on the front, right below the car. Since it was almost Christmas, I didn't have the time to exchange it, so I just gave it as is. That tiny imperfection is why I'm only giving it four stars instead of five.
Gift for Brother
I ran into a little problem with my order, but the customer service team got back to me super fast and fixed it within a day. The product was even better than I expected, and my brother was super happy with his gift. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be ordering from this store again.
Team Merchandise Hoodie
I just got my Team Merchandise Hoodie after it took forever to arrive. I was pretty annoyed by the delay at first, but finally, it showed up. The hoodie is really nice quality and I'm totally satisfied with it.
Gift purchase experience
Ya know, I recently bought a couple of weekend tickets for a special occasion, hoping to surprise someone special with a cool gift. But, gotta say, I was kind of disappointed with how it all went down. Luke, the guy I talked to about the purchase, was super helpful, but the response he gave me just didn't meet my expectations. I mean, I was excited to download and personalize the tickets myself, but the template they provided was kind of meh. Especially since I dropped a pretty penny on these tickets. I was surprised they didn't offer a gift pack option, like other companies do in the same line of business. A little gift pack could have really jazzed up the presentation and made the gift feel a lot more special, even if I couldn't physically include the tickets in it.
Recent purchases
The merchandise is great quality, but you might need to go a size up. And let me tell you, DHL is a mess - they really dropped the ball. My son had to send back three shirts because they didn't fit right, but the return process was easy and he got his credit quickly. I got him a polo that came perfectly, even during the holiday chaos. But then I ordered a t-shirt and it was shipped through DHL and it was a total disaster. The package just sat in Georgia for days with no updates, and when I tried to contact DHL for help, they were useless.
Petronas jacket for Christmas gift
I got my family member a Petronas jacket for Christmas because he's a huge fan and it looked so nice on him. But then I found out I had to pay not only postage and packaging but also a warehouse fee. Like, what?? I've never heard of that before and it was a bummer. Formula One has enough money already, they don't need to charge extra fees on top of everything. Think about us regular people, please!
Limited edition F1 poster
I just bought this cool limited edition F1 poster from this shop, but when I got my package, it was just a roll of Christmas wrapping paper! I was super annoyed, like how do you mix up those two things, right? So, I shot them an email to complain about it, and they actually fixed it right away and sent me the right poster. It was kind of a pain dealing with the mix-up, but I gotta give them props for how fast they fixed it.
Delayed delivery
My package was supposed to come on March 14th, but it's been delayed and I haven't gotten any updates. I've tried contacting customer service on the website and through email, but I haven't heard back in the last 3 days. I'm getting frustrated and just want to know when my package will finally arrive.
