My Experience with FabKids
I have been a client of FabKids for several months now and I am extremely happy with the service and products they offer. The online ordering process is simple and easy to navigate. The clothing options are adorable and high-quality. I love that they offer a wide variety of sizes for both boys and girls.
One of the things I appreciate most about FabKids is their flexible subscription service. I am able to skip a month or cancel my subscription at any time without any hassle. I also love that they offer a "surprise me" option where they pick out an outfit for my child based on their preferences.
The customer service is top-notch. Whenever I have had a question or concern, the team has been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

Great deals, cute styles, and the website is so easy to use. I love finding unique outfits at discounted prices here. Shopping is a breeze thanks to the user-friendly website. Returns are no problem at all, which is a big bonus. My daughter is obsessed with the outfits she gets from here, she feels like a princess every time she wears them. And don't even get me started on the shoes and boots - she always gets compliments, standing out as a little fashionista among her friends. It's nice that the clothing is kid-friendly and age-appropriate, letting them be kids. We really like the selection and my daughter can't wait for every package to arrive.
Disappointing website experience
The prices at this company are really good, but ordering was a total pain because stuff kept going out of stock as I tried to check out. Every time I thought I was ready to pay, something else would disappear, and I had to keep refreshing my cart to see what was still available. It was a major hassle, especially when I was trying to snag items before they sold out. Now I'm just crossing my fingers that my order turns out right after dealing with all those issues.
Savings with forgotten credits
I totally forgot about some credits I had, but when I saw the chance to use them at checkout, I couldn't resist. I was so happy to find out that I could save big and get the most out of my money by bundling two whole outfits or pairing them with shoes. Checking out was easy, and I liked being able to choose where to apply my credits in my cart. Overall, buying this was awesome and I'll definitely order again in the future.
3 pairs of shoes bundle
I really don't like how they're doing the membership credits now. It just feels like a rip-off to me having to buy 3 pairs of $8 shoes to get one credit. Even getting three $12 shoes doesn't seem like a good deal anymore. I liked it better when the credit would just apply automatically when you hit the threshold. This new system is confusing and annoying, especially with the monthly credit going up. I'm not sure if I'll keep shopping here with these changes.
Big order, no VIP reward
I placed this big order and spent over $400, but I didn't see my VIP $10 reward for being a VIP member. I used some points to pay for it, but that $10 reward would've been a nice bonus, especially with Christmas coming up. It might not seem like much, but that $10 could go towards some fun stocking stuffers for my grandkids. Rewards are meant to keep customers coming back, so when they're not given, it makes me wonder if it's really worth it.
