    Trolling motor upgrade

    I waited for months for a trolling motor upgrade kit from a different store, and they kept lying to me about when it would be delivered because the manufacturer stopped making it. Tired of their dishonesty, I searched elsewhere and discovered Factory Outlet Store. I ordered it on Aug 12th and was thrilled when it arrived on Aug 16th, just like they said it would. The upgrade kit was brand new in the original packaging, and I was able to install it on my trolling motor with no issues. I am so thankful for the quick service and for receiving a legitimate product. Thank you for the awesome experience.

    Refurbished GPS

    Oh man, I got this refurbished GPS from FOS and let me tell you, it was the best choice I ever made! The order processing and shipping were crazy fast, using UPS which is way better than Hermes or Evri. When I had concerns about the screen accuracy, they were super helpful and offered to exchange the unit if I couldn't figure it out on my own. But thankfully, I managed to fix it and now it's working like a dream. They even sent follow-up emails to make sure everything was still good. So yeah, definitely not a company that just sells you stuff and then forgets about you!

    Phone order with two-day shipping

    This was my first time ordering from this store, and I have to say, I was not happy with how things went down. I called to place my order on a Saturday and paid extra for two-day shipping because I needed it fast. But guess what? My order didn't even get shipped out on Monday like they said it would. I called them again on Monday night and they told me I'd get a tracking number by the next day. Well, that didn't happen. No updates on shipping. I finally had to send an email to cancel the whole thing because it was taking too long.

    I ordered something from the store and when it arrived, it was all leaky and gross. I talked to Adam about it and he promised to send me a replacement. However, he later changed his mind and asked me to return the defective item, even though he initially said I could just throw it away! So, I tossed it. After waiting and waiting for the new item, it never arrived. I called to inquire about it and Nickie was really nice and assisted me in getting a refund.

    I just got a trolling motor from this store. At first, there were some problems with my order. It took me a couple of days and talking to a few different people to finally get it all worked out. But once everything was sorted, the shipping was really fast and everything came in perfect condition.

    I found this awesome deal on an air purifier at this store. Sure, I could have found it a little cheaper somewhere else, but the customer service here was just amazing.     But important is options are huge.

    I ordered a pair of shoes form this company on 06.17.2020. I received an email from them stating the need 3-5 days to process. I did receive a site to track my order but it has been stuck in Ningbo City since 6.28.2020. As of this post I have yet to receive my order. I am considering call my bank to research this.

    I ordered some Nike Midnight Blue Flynet on 2/19/2021 they told me they were shipped on 2/22/2021. I was allowed to track them until 3/6/2021 as they reached California. No more information from the company. They have not responded to 3 emails sent and I’m no longer able to get any tracking information on my purchase. Very disappointed with this sight. Calling my bank to get my mo yes back and report the company as a fraud. It’s sad companies are taking advantage of customers like this! May God have mercy on your company/souls.

    The store's website is super easy to use, so shopping is a piece of cake. The layout makes sense, and if I ever needed help, there was a phone number right there for customer service.     New Apple Watch 6

    I bought a new Apple Watch 6 from this store not too long ago and was super excited to get it. But when I opened the box, it didn't work at all. I reached out to customer service, and they were pretty fast about giving me a label to send it back. The bummer part was, instead of getting all my money back, they only gave me $200. I was kinda bummed since I wanted a full refund. At first, they said no to exchanging it, but after I complained, they ended up giving me the rest of my money back.

    Faulty international sat nav return

    I had a tough time trying to return a busted sat nav that crapped out on me while I was overseas and getting a new one from the Factory Outlet Store. After a bit of back and forth, they finally gave me a refund for the costs. It wasn't the easiest process, but at least they managed to fix the problem in the end.

    Dogtra 280C

    1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.

    2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.

    3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).

    4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So... Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.

    5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless... I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.

    6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!

    7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.

    8 - Their business practices are simply wrong. If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right. I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting ... over.

    Tip for consumers:
    I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money.

    Tried to purchase stripping paint

    It was never delivered and I was not able to get a refund. Send multiple email and website refund requests with no response. Live Chat was never working. Was put on hold on customer service phone for over 1 hour - with no one picking up.
    Order was made 4/11/22, card was immediate charged 4/11/22 and product was still in "Waiting Fulfillment" -- even though they already charged and took the money.

    Never never never order from this company again. The lying and deceit they conveyed is criminal… after many different shipping dates and 7 different e-mails still don’t have a resolution on shipping. As of this writing 6/26/21 , I am going to ask for a credit card refund and again never order again

    Ordered microwave, received someone else's order. Called. Took weeks to get RMA. I insisted I wanted them to pay shipping. Took weeks to get shipping label. A month & a half later, after saying I would let PayPal handle the transaction, I received a refund.

    Humminbird transducer ext cable

    I accidentally ordered the wrong hummingbird transducer extension cable. Called customer service said they would not take the return, but contact Factory Outlet Store directly via email. Did that - waited for over week and finally got an email from them stating I could not return the item. Beware. Spend a little extra and buy from a reputable organization. The 30 days free returns is called out boldly on their website. False advertising!
