loved it
I bought the day short from here in dark green or similar to cooler. well first let me say this store is so COOL! they have such amazing range in clothes with such amazing colors. I always loved light or matte colors. And this is perfect for me. The day short i bought from here is good in fitting and the overall the short looks really good to me. I wear it thrice and the material is comfortable. i love the color as well. I dont know how it will be after washing it , i did once and the result was good too. So i personally think there will no big effects, overall is suggested people to try it , they have good range for men's wearing as well.
Shorts purchase
I bought a pair of shorts from this company not too long ago, but they ended up ripping after just a few times of wearing them. Even though I didn't have a receipt, I decided to contact customer service to let them know how bummed I was about it. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and said they'd give me full credit to buy the same shorts again. I took them up on the offer and got the new shorts in no time at all.
Recent order experience
The customer service I got with my last order was seriously amazing. I messed up my order, but the staff totally came through for me. I was super impressed by how caring and quick they were. And on top of that, the products were really high quality. After that experience, I'm definitely sticking with this company.
Dress purchase
I ordered this dress online and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! The color was completely off compared to what I saw on the website, and the length was way too short. Trying to return it was such a hassle, I couldn't even reach customer service easily. I was so annoyed and all I really want is my money back!
Dress sizing issues
When you order from this company, just be careful with sizing. I bought two dresses in the same size, but one was too big and the other was too small. It was annoying to have to deal with returning them because of the sizing mix-up. I was surprised to see how much it would cost to send them back. Luckily, I was going to the States soon and could return them there for free with a label they sent me. It saved me some money, but the whole experience made me a little disappointed as a customer.
Returned order, no refund
My experience with this company was just awful. I sent back my order, but I never got a refund. I tried calling their support, but the phone number seemed fake and always went straight to voicemail. No one ever called me back. I also sent a bunch of emails, but never heard anything back. Their customer service is totally unacceptable.
Online purchase of clothing
The customer service at this store seriously sucks. They canceled part of my order and never gave back my rewards points. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but no one got back to me. I spend a lot of money at this store and expect better treatment. It's just not cool how they're handling this whole situation.
Dress
Overpriced poor quality clothing. Material is see-through and I am a small woman and the medium would not even fit over my head. Customer service is NON-existent. They do not answer the phone during their normal hours, the chat feature does not work, and they do not return calls. This company is selling overhyped junk. I would NOT recommend buying from them.
Skirt
The quality of the skirt was ok. It was thin for corduroy (you could see all the lines of the pockets from the outside) and much longer in person that it appeared online, although there weren't a lot of photos and there wasn't one with it on a model. I feel like for a company with such high prices, all items should have photos showing the fit. The major issues I have had were with their website and customer service. I didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried to sign up for an account to access my order details and the website said I would get an email to confirm this but I never received anything. My order did arrive quickly but I wanted to return it because I didn't like it. I used their website to initiate the return but it gave me a total that was less than I paid. Because I didn't get a confirmation, I wanted to know why there was a $10 reduction. I reached out to their customer service and because I had already initiated the return, I received a response stating it looked like I had figured everything out and they gave me a $30 coupon code for a future order. I had to reach out again and I had to go back and forth 3 times to finally receive the information I was looking for (which still wasn't correct because the email said I paid for expedited shipping when I clearly paid for the cheapest option, not expedited, not sure why a customer service representative wouldn't know that). The woman named Cara, who responded to my emails, was very patronizing saying things like, "I'm so sorry you are so upset..." It was just a bad experience all around that I will never purchase anything from this company again, as there are way better brands all-around out there. Funny how quickly these companies are to inundate you with promotional emails but can't be helpful in any way to their customers, whether it be with their website or the people they hire.
2 shirts
The shirts ordered came wrinkled and too small. Wasn’t fond of the fabric so I returned them for refund. 7-10 days to stock, THEN ANOTHER 2-3 days for refund. 2 weeks! Terrible customer service.
Men’s shirt
I was pleased with my first order and one of the shirts quality.
The second attempt to order a couple of higher end new Sherpa shirt and sweater shirt $176-$200, was not a good experience. On both shirts it said you had them and then at check out it said sold out. The glitch continued on your site for 2 days. I left a message in your customer service number- no call back ever! It’s been 4 days!! Poor customer service for sure!!
