Sweater purchase
I was really disappointed with Fair Harbor's return policy even though I usually love their products. I've spent around $400 on 5 items there before, so I had pretty high hopes. But when I got a sweater that didn't fit right and was heavier than I thought, I found out they only offer store credit for returns. That left me feeling really frustrated. I couldn't even call someone directly to talk about it because they don't have a customer service number. The live chat option was the closest thing, but it didn't really help me feel better about the situation. For me, a company's return policy is a big deal in terms of customer service, and Fair Harbor didn't meet my expectations on that front.
Clothes
I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, everything about it was just top-notch. The website was super easy to use and ordering was a breeze. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the clothes themselves were high quality. I'm really happy with what I got.
Anchor swim shorts
I just bought these anchor swim shorts from this brand, and man, they were a major letdown. I kept seeing them all over social media, but they didn't live up to the hype. The lining inside kept riding up every time I moved - whether I was walking or sitting, it bunched up at my hips and was super uncomfortable. I'm a regular-sized guy and got the right size, so it's not a fit issue. These shorts just don't have the quality I was expecting.
Incorrect merchandise
The customer service at this place is just awful. I got the wrong stuff and have been trying for days to get a hold of someone to return it and get my money back. It's so frustrating when companies don't own up to their mistakes and make it so hard for customers to fix things. Do yourself a favor and find another place to buy swimwear.
