Man, let me tell you, even though the website was a bit on the slow side, that product was absolutely amazing! I'm used to waiting for weeks for stuff I order online here in the US, so imagine my surprise when my package showed up in just a few days. The fit and material were high-quality, and those little extra touches like the bows really made my day. It's nice to come across a company that really puts in the effort. I can't wait to place another order with them.

I really love this website! The products they offer are just so cute and really well-made, I can't seem to resist them. Plus, the customer service is fantastic, always super friendly and willing to help out. I'll definitely be coming back as a regular customer!
Mix of quality and sizing issues
While the clothes are really beautiful and well-made, the sizing situation is a huge problem. I've placed two big orders, spending over $600 each time, and both times I've had sizing issues. The first order had items that were way too small, even the made-to-measure items came in the wrong color and material. Even after showing proof of the sizing mistakes, the company refused to admit fault. The second order, which also included made-to-measure items, took over three months to arrive only to discover that the items were way too big. The customer service was not helpful at all, which was frustrating because they didn't provide any real solutions to the problems. It's unfortunate because when the clothes do fit, they are truly amazing, but the lack of accountability for sizing issues and the disappointing customer service make it difficult to recommend.
Costume purchase
I recently bought a costume from this company and I've had a bunch of issues that have left me pretty unhappy. First off, there weren't any real reviews on their site, so it was tough for me to know if I was making a good choice. And then I found out that the company's real address is in a whole different country than what's on their site, which was pretty confusing. On top of all that, I ordered my costume way back on August 22, 2020, and I still haven't gotten it. My order status still says it's "awaiting fulfillment". This late delivery and lack of clear info about where it's coming from has me feeling disappointed and second-guessing if this company can really be trusted.
