My new cookware
I am absolutely loving my new cookware! It's seriously amazing - I just got it and it's already blowing every other frying pan I've used out of the water. Not only does it cook everything perfectly, but it's also a breeze to clean. And let me tell you, it's miles ahead of those so-called "non-stick" pans I've tried in the past. If you're in need of a great wedding gift, look no further - this is the one!
Missing item in order
I bought something not too long ago and realized that part of my order was missing. I tried getting in touch with customer service on their site, but the only thing I could do was create a "ticket" and send an email. They said they'd get back to me in a few hours or at most 2 business days, but it's been a whole week now and no word from them despite multiple emails. It's been super annoying having to go through all this just to sort things out.
Missing items, poor customer service
I ordered something from this company and I was bummed because three things were missing when I got my package. I tried contacting their customer service right away, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything back. It's annoying to have stuff missing and not get any help from them. They say they have a phone line, but really it just connects you to an email. I've sent a bunch of emails, but still haven't heard back. This kind of customer service is not cool and pretty disappointing.
