    So helpful for kids

    This is really good option for my kids to learn and read. I bought the personalized puzzle game for my one year old kid. this is amazing way to make her learn her name. Amanda love playing with this and also we are teaching her other names which is going really good. The personalized puzzle is colorful, simple yet so interesting for her. I love the quality , its safe and secure to play. Apart from good quality , the overall setting is very nice. also the services are on time , with really good shipping services which i find really easy as if i want to order more from here , i can do it

    Educational toys for grandkids

    I've been a loyal customer of this toy website for six years now, and I have to say, my experience has been top-notch. Ordering on the site is a breeze, and my orders always arrive super quickly. What impresses me the most is how fast they process orders - sometimes they ship them out within hours of me placing them. That kind of efficiency really shows how much they care about keeping their customers happy. And can we talk about the $3.95 flat-rate shipping fee? It's such a nice change from the crazy high shipping costs you see everywhere else.

    Several items for grandsons

    I don't write a lot of reviews for online purchases, but had to this time. Great customer service - something I ordered wasn't going to make it by Christmas, so Fat Brain sent me an email to notify me. (The items they did have arrived quickly.) The phone rep was very polite and helpful - quick service and I was able to speak DIRECTLY with them when I called the toll-free line (no need to navigate through automated system delays)! Loved it - what a nice change of pace from most TF numbers!.

    I've bought lots of toys from this store before and I've been pretty happy with them. But this last time, I got the Interactive Human Body toy and it was kind of a letdown. It was way smaller than the picture made it seem, which was a bummer for my grandson.

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this toy store. I ordered some educational toys for my niece's birthday party, hoping they would come on time. But they never showed up. When I called to ask about it, the person I talked to was so unhelpful and rude. They didn't know anything about the delay and wouldn't rush a new order so I could get the gifts in time for the party. It surprised me that they wouldn't do more to fix things and make sure I was happy. I definitely won't be shopping there again. It's disappointing when companies don't make customer service a priority and end up losing loyal customers.

    Teeter Popper toy

    I bought my little sister a teeter popper toy and she thought it was awesome! She was having a blast bouncing and spinning on it for hours, but then two of the poppers broke off after only two weeks. We tried reaching out to the company via email because we're in the UK and couldn't call, but we didn't hear anything back. Their website claims there's a 12-month warranty for defective items, but we're struggling to get a replacement. Pretty bummed out about the whole situation!
