Fay: Average Experience
As a customer of Fay, I have had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, their online ordering process is relatively easy and their clothing options are stylish and trendy. However, their sizing can be inconsistent and I have had to return multiple items due to poor fit.
I have also had issues with the quality of their clothing. Some items have fallen apart or become discolored after just a few wears and washes. Their customer service team has been helpful in resolving these issues, but it is still frustrating to have to go through the process of returning items.
Another downside is the shipping times. It often takes longer than the estimated delivery date for my packages to arrive.
Overall, I do like some of the clothing options offered by Fay, but I have found that it can be hit or miss in terms of quality and sizing. Their customer service team is helpful, but the shipping times and inconsistent sizing are frustrating. If you're looking to shop with them, I suggest be prepared to do some returns.
