cute lace bralette
I recently bought this super cute lace bralette from this store and I absolutely adore it! It's honestly so comfy and makes me feel like a queen. However, trying to get assistance from their Chat feature was a total fail. I was stuck on hold for what felt like eternity and didn't get a response after the initial greeting. Not cool, man. Besides that though, my shopping experience here was awesome.
New side smoothing bras
I got some new side smoothing bras and they're amazing! The material is super soft and comfy. They really do a great job of smoothing out my sides and keeping everything looking sleek under my clothes. I feel confident and supported wearing them all day long.

Hey everyone! So, I wanted to share something that happened to me recently. I bought something from a lingerie store, and it turned out to be a total mess. I bought a lingerie set from this store, and it was just alright. The quality was decent, but nothing special. What really bummed me out was the lack of customer service. I got my order, but one item was missing. I've tried emailing and chatting them several times, but haven't heard back at all. Man, let me tell you about my experience with this lingerie company, it's been a total nightmare. They basically stole a ton of my hard-earned cash and I've got nothing to show for it. It's insane how they got away with it for a whole year! It's just so disgraceful and outrageous. Luckily, I reported it to my credit card company and got my money back, but the fact that they're still operating is just mind-boggling. Seriously, steer clear of them at all costs!

Man, I bought these leggings and they are crazy small! I usually wear this size, but they were way too tight. And get this - they wouldn't even let me return them because they came in a 2-pack. So not cool, right?

I bought some things from this place and let me tell you, the quality was really bad. I wanted to return or exchange them, but nobody picked up when I called. Their website kept crashing, so I couldn't even request a return online. When I reached out to them, all they did was send me more ads! It's just so frustrating and ridiculous!

I recently had the worst time dealing with this company. When my order arrived, I couldn't believe it - the bra was a whopping 23 inches smaller than it should've been! I reached out to customer service for a refund, but they said no way. I was so let down and mad about the way they handled everything. I definitely think others should stay away from this shady company and look for a better place to get their lingerie.
Ordered lingerie that never arrived
I ordered some lingerie from this company, but my package never showed up because of some "improper address" mess. I tried hitting them up a bunch for a refund, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. It's been over a month now and still no word or my money back. Super annoying and definitely not planning on buying from them again.
Maternity wear
I'm really disappointed with my experience at this company. They didn't tell me that they ship from overseas, which meant I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my order to get to the US. It was really frustrating, especially since I needed maternity clothes right away. And then on top of that, they sent me the wrong shirt, which just made everything even worse. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare, it was so hard to get in touch with anyone for help. Now I'm just hoping I can return the wrong items and get the right ones quickly. Being pregnant, the last thing I needed was the extra stress and trouble this company has put me through.
2 pack of leggings
I ordered these leggings and they ended up being way too small! I attempted to return them on the website but it wouldn't let me complete the process. I also sent an email to Customer Service but haven't heard back from them. It's really frustrating and I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. They seriously need to work on fixing their website!

This company seems legit, but my experience was pretty frustrating. The website was a pain to navigate, and most of the stuff I wanted was out of stock, especially in the bigger sizes. It felt like there weren't many choices, and it was a bummer to shop there. Customer service was a nightmare. I couldn't even talk to a real person, had to do everything through emails. I first emailed them on August 23rd, and didn't get a response until September 16th. Still waiting on another reply about a return I need to make. The worst part is the thing I bought was too small, which just added to my annoyance. It's been over 10 days since my last email and I haven't heard back. The quality of the product was good, but the lack of info on stock and super slow responses from customer service really ruined the whole experience.
