At first, I was a little bummed about how long it took for my order to get to me - it took a whole three weeks. But when I got in touch with customer service, they hooked me up with a new tracking number and told me my stuff was on its way. Normally, I get my orders way quicker, but hey, delays happen. Anyway, I'm happy I finally got my leggings and tops. They're good quality and fit just like I expected. All in all, I'd shop here again, but I'm crossing my fingers that next time, the shipping is faster.
New clothes

Wrong item received
I gotta say, the customer service here was awesome. Even though they sent me the wrong item, Faye, the rep who helped me out, was quick to fix the problem and did it with a smile. She was actually nice to talk to, which is pretty unusual when it comes to shopping online. Good customer service like that doesn't come around often, so major props to Faye for being so helpful and friendly.

Large item return
I just bought something that ended up being too big for me, so I had to return it. Man, dealing with customer service during the return was a total nightmare. I gave them all my info - order number, return info, tracking number - but still had a tough time getting my refund. After emailing back and forth a bunch of times, I finally got an email saying they're processing my refund. It's great that they let me know, but returns should be way simpler and less of a hassle for us customers.
