    I am a huge fan of Fenty Beauty! As a client of the company, I have had nothing but positive experiences with their products and customer service.

    First of all, the range of shades they offer is amazing. As a woman of color, it can be hard to find foundations and concealers that match my skin tone. Fenty Beauty's 40 shades of foundation and 50 shades of concealer make it easy for me to find the perfect match for my skin.

    The quality of the products is also top-notch. I have been using their Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation for over a year now and it never fails to give me a flawless finish. Their lip glosses and lipsticks are also long-lasting and highly pigmented.

    I have also had great experiences with their customer service. I had a problem with a product I received and they were more than happy to help me out and send me a replacement.

    Overall, I highly recommend Fenty Beauty to anyone looking for high-quality, inclusive beauty products.

The prices were fair for the quality of what I got. When my order arrived sooner than I thought, I was pleasantly surprised. I live in a big building that's hard to navigate, so I was ready for a delivery hassle. But the delivery team found me no problem and everything went smoothly. The brand really pays attention to the little things and making sure customers are happy, which is awesome. I'm definitely gonna keep shopping with them.

    After reading some reviews online about how long it takes to get your stuff and how often they update their site, I was really on the fence about placing my second order. But you know what? I thought, why not give them another chance. Turns out, I'm pretty happy I did. This time, they kept their website up to date, and I actually got emails letting me know where my stuff was at. And get this - my package showed up in just a week, even though it was coming from another country. I gotta say, I'm definitely feeling better about ordering from them again since the last time.

    I recently bought a lipstick and let me tell you, the whole process was a mess. The lipstick itself is good quality, but ordering it was a nightmare. I placed my order on November 25th, and it took almost a month before I got any updates. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, and finally got a response saying a label was printed on December 18th. But the item seemed to be stuck in transit and hadn't moved since then. The lack of communication from the company was so frustrating. When I contacted customer support, they first tried to blame customs for the delay, even though my item hadn't even shipped out yet. After I pushed back, they just ended up refunding my order. Overall, I was really let down and annoyed with the whole thing. I probably won't be ordering from them again.

    I recently bought a lip balm from this brand, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I ordered one thing and got something totally different - a lip scrub stick. I reached out to the company to sort things out, but all I got back were empty promises and no solution. They said I had to wait for the wrong item to arrive and then send it back, which was a pain since it was their mistake. When I finally got the item, the return process was a letdown. The return shipping cost more than the price difference between the two products, so it just didn't make sense to send it back. It felt like they were trying to make it hard for customers to return things, since the shipping fee was way more than what I originally paid. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend buying from this brand again.

    I bought that skin tint shade 3 but it was out of stock.

    I ordered that popular skin tint shade 3 on the website, but then I got a message a few hours later saying it was out of stock and they had to cancel my order. It was a bummer, but then I got a quick refund notification from PayPal within a day. They also sent me an email shortly after I made the payment, so I'm grateful for the fast communication and refund. Look on the bright side!

    Lip oil instead of makeup set

    I'm really upset about my recent purchase from this company. I waited for two whole weeks for my order to arrive, only to discover that they sent me a lip oil instead of the makeup set I bought. The stuff I actually paid for was missing from the box, which left me feeling super annoyed and let down. It's just not right that they didn't pay enough attention to accurately process my order.

    I ordered some perfume and creams back on November 22nd, but it's been almost two weeks now and my order still hasn't shown up. I shelled out almost two hundred bucks for these products, so it's really bumming me out to see this total lack of consideration for customers. They made a tracking label, but my order hasn't even been sent out yet. I'm pretty disappointed by this kind of service, especially since I've been a loyal customer to this brand.

    I bought three gloss bombs from the website on November 23rd, but my package hasn't moved since December 4th according to the tracking info. Customer service told me my package got lost, which seems to be a common problem based on other reviews. I'm annoyed and let down by this whole situation.     This company seriously messed up with their customer service. I ordered two items by mistake and contacted them right away to fix it, but they wouldn't budge and told me I had to wait for the items to come before returning them. When I finally got the stuff and tried to return it, they had the nerve to slap on a crazy fee for the return. The way they treat customers is just not right, so I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping with them.

    Don't even bother shopping here, the customer service is just terrible! I placed my order and then the very next day they decided to start a sale for 30% off, but they wouldn't honor it for me. And to top it off, they wouldn't even let me cancel the order, so now I'm stuck with it. On top of all that, the products I bought came in all broken and feeling super cheaply made. This store is way overhyped - steer clear if you can.
