Cashmere grey heather gloves
They sent 2 defective pairs of gloves to me. I couldn’t get my hand in their product. The lining was compressed so bad even turning the glove inside out wouldn’t fix the issue. They blamed me for the defect in the product. I didn’t appreciate their inference that I was the problem. Not that they could actually have a defective product on hand. They admitted no fault. Took me 2 voice mail messages and email before I could a response at all. When I do they insult me. Poor Customer Service!
We were very sorry to hear of Mr. Ramsey's experience with our gloves. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. When Mr. Ramsey first reported the issue he experienced with our gloves, we sent him a prepaid label to return them and sent him a new pair. Unfortunately, Mr. Ramsey evidently experienced the same issue with the second pair. We have sold hundreds, if not thousands, of these gloves and have never had anyone report the issue Mr. Ramsey experienced. We sent him another prepaid label for the return of these gloves and issued a full refund for the cost of the gloves. We're sorry we couldn't reach our goal of customer satisfaction in this case, but really did all that we could. Rest assured that we do everything possible to satisfy our customers but, unfortunately in Mr. Ramsey's case, we somehow fell short. While we have many satisfied customers based on customer feedback and reviews, we will continue to strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
