Two shirts (one perfect fit, one too big)
I just bought two shirts from this store. The first one fits me like a glove, the fabric doesn't wrinkle much so it's super comfy. It's clear that this shirt is well-made and has a nice finish. But the second shirt was just too big and didn't fit right because of a different cut. Luckily, returning it and getting a refund was a breeze, and the customer service was quick to respond.
Speedy delivery, quality product, perfectly wrapped
My experience with this company was amazing! I got my order super quickly, and the product was just what I was hoping for in terms of quality. The packaging was really nice too, all wrapped up beautifully in tissue paper. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
Perfect shirt purchase
Oh my gosh, I can't believe how awesome this shirt is! It fits me perfectly and I can totally move around without feeling restricted. It feels like I'm wearing a fluffy cloud, but it also looks super stylish. I'm seriously obsessed with it!
Two shirts
I went to this store and there was this really nice lady working there. She helped me pick out two shirts, and I was so happy with my choices. I walked out feeling really cool.
Shirt with misleading description
The shirt I bought was supposed to have cashmere, but when I looked at the tag it said 100% tencel instead. I paid €170 for it, and that just ain't right. I don't know if they're trying to pull a fast one on me or if they just messed up, but it's really annoying and disappointing. I was hoping for more from a company like this.
Perfect ring after 10 years
The consultant really listened to me and nailed it with my ring. It's been 10 years and it still looks as perfect as ever.
Viscose shirt made in Tunisia
I was really bummed out when I opened my package and saw a viscose shirt from Tunisia instead of the high-quality silk shirt I was expecting, especially since it was pricey. I felt like I was tricked. From now on, I'll definitely be more careful with online shopping or not so gullible. This whole thing has turned me off from shopping with this brand in the future. It's disappointing to see a brand that presents itself as classy and top-notch disappoint like this, basically becoming no better than fast fashion. It's a good reminder that the actual quality of a product is more important than the brand. Maybe they should think about using polyester instead - customers might not even notice, and the brand could save some money.
Button-up Shirt
I got this shirt and man, it was way overpriced. I had to sew on all the buttons again after only a few washes. Total bummer.
3 shirts (385€)
I bought 3 shirts that came out to be $385, but I never got them. When I reached out to customer service, they were totally lost and couldn't tell me where my package was. They also wouldn't give me my money back. It was just a really awful experience overall.
Poor fabric quality
The quality of the fabric in men's and women's shirts from this store has really gone downhill. They wear out so fast and my silk shirt even got holes! Plus, the buttons are starting to change color. We're definitely not coming back to shop here again.
Disappointing quality decline in recent years
Just a few years back, I was a huge fan of shopping at this store. Their shirts were top-notch, and I especially adored the Napoli collar. But lately, I've noticed a dip in the quality of their stuff. The Napoli collar is gone, and it feels like they don't care about what their loyal customers think anymore. It's sad to see a brand I used to adore go downhill like this.
