My Experience with FishUSA
I have been a customer of FishUSA for several years now and I have consistently been impressed with their level of service and the quality of their products. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of fishing gear, tackle, and live bait.
One of the things I appreciate about FishUSA is their fast shipping. I have never had to wait more than a few days for my orders to arrive and they always come well-packaged to ensure that the products are in good condition.

I recently bought some fishing gear from this place and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection, the prices were fair, and the quality of the products was even better than I expected. However, there was a little issue with the shipping. My package ended up being sent by a different carrier than I had asked for, which resulted in extra fees. But, when I mentioned this to the customer service team, they were quick to fix it and refunded me for the additional costs. Now that's what I call great service! Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience and will definitely be back for more gear in the future.
Fishing net purchase
I bought a fishing net from FishUSA not too long ago, but had some trouble making it work right. So, I contacted their Customer Service team for help. They were super helpful and even though I tried my best, I just couldn't get it figured out. So, I asked about returning it. The whole process was smooth and the team was really professional. They responded quickly and went out of their way to help me. I'm really impressed with their customer service and will definitely be ordering from them again down the road.
Fishing gear purchase
I bought some fishing gear from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I put in two orders on February 10th and May 10th, and both times they came through with excellent service. Even though I placed the orders pretty late at night, they still managed to ship them out the very next day. I did have a few hiccups with USPS shipping, but in the end, the "reel fast standard" delivery had my stuff delivered to me in just 2 days.
Defective product purchase
I had a terrible experience with FishUSA recently. I ordered a product that turned out to be defective, so I tried to cancel the order. Despite my efforts to contact customer service by email, I never got a response. I thought my order was canceled because it showed as closed on my account, but then I got a shipping notification from UPS and the money was still taken from my account. I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times with no luck. Now I'm stuck with a useless product and no way to return it or get my money back. The lack of communication and customer service was really disappointing and I'm so frustrated. I definitely won't be buying from FishUSA again.
Saltwater fishing rod and reel combo
Hey, FishUSA really needs to step up their game. I bought a saltwater fishing rod and reel combo thinking I was getting a great deal, but turns out, they can't seem to keep their vendors straight and now the product I wanted is nowhere to be found. It feels like a never-ending game of musical chairs with their inventory. Come on, FishUSA, get it together!

Why choose the big guys when you can get awesome service and products at FishUSA? Whenever I order something, I know it'll be taken care of fast and right. The prices are good, and they've got a ton of stuff to choose from. I've never been let down by anything I've bought from FishUSA. They always deliver quickly, and my stuff comes in perfect shape. All in all, FishUSA is where I go for all my fishing gear.
Fishing lures
I ordered a couple fishing lures about two weeks back and still haven't gotten them. I decided to call and cancel my order, but they told me it was already on its way. To make matters worse, they charged me the same day I placed my order. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this company - they did the same thing to me two years ago when an item was out of stock, but they still took my payment and wouldn't cancel the order. I'm definitely not going to be buying anything from them again.
