Shoes too large, requested return, received free shoes
I wanted to share my experience dealing with an oversized pair of shoes I bought recently. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, and I was really impressed by their level of assistance. The team was super helpful and friendly the whole time. They not only handled my return quickly but also sent me a new pair of shoes at no extra cost. The replacement shoes showed up fast, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My dad, who the shoes were actually for, is thrilled with his new pair. I definitely recommend this company for their top-notch customer service.
FitVille Womens Rebound Core Shoes
I have wide feet, high arches, and hammer toes. With all these afflictions finding a comfortable shoe is usually a comprimise for what hurts less. This is my first time trying this shoe and just putting them on made my ankle feel better! These sneakers not only fit properly but also dont appear to be clunkers. I like how the soles act like a foundation for stability! Def recommended to others that have feet pain! They are the most comfortable shoes I've owned since I have wide feet and have found trouble in the past finding comfortable shoes to fit correctly.
Running shoes
I was so impressed with the customer service at this store! I bought a pair of running shoes, but I couldn't wear them because I have to wear an ankle brace. I contacted the company to explain my situation, and they were so understanding and helpful. They offered me a partial refund and let me keep the shoes, which worked out perfectly for me. I really appreciated their willingness to help me out and find a solution that worked for both of us. I would definitely recommend this store just based on how great their customer service was.

I’ve worn these shoes for about a month now on a daily basis. Combination of walking, standing and stationary position standing . The fit is very comfortable with lots of room for toes. I got the Wide size for my feet since they swell and contract over an eight to 12 hour period while wearing them. My previous issues with foot, ankle and knee pain went away after a week of wearing them. The arch support these shoes give considering my plus size weight have definitely contributed to helping relieve the pain I once had.
Multiple items
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this place and it was pretty awesome. Everything went smoothly, but one time I got something too small. The customer service team was super helpful though. They let me return it without any problems and even gave me a new one for free. I ended up giving the small one to someone who could use it. I really appreciate Fitville's team for being so helpful.
Tennis shoes purchase
The tennis shoes I got from this company are really great. They're super comfy for running and have really helped with my plantar fasciitis. I've tried a bunch of other shoes before, but none of them even come close to the quality and comfort of these tennis shoes. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from this company again.

If you are not in a hurry, this are great shoes! They are everything they say in the ads. Roomy. Comfortable. Attractive. Well designed and well constructed. The company is responsive and representatives polite. I ordered my second pair, just two months after buying my first because I loved them so much, I wanted a spare pair. That said; You need to know these shoes are an international order and both of my orders took right around a month to get delivered. They are, however, WORTH THE WAIT. Order NOW.
Pair of trainers
I bought some sneakers from Fitville recently and they ended up being too big for my husband. I contacted customer service and got a response pretty quickly, just like their automated email said I would. The person I spoke with was super helpful and said they would send out a different size without any trouble. The new sneakers came quickly and fit perfectly. I was really impressed with how well they took care of my problem. Big thanks to the Fitville team for their awesome customer service!
FitVille Women's Rebound Core Shoes
The shoes/sneakers which are designed by Fitville were made with care for the larger instep and wide with. Other companies do cater for this one problem which is the instep? I like the toe comfort which gives more room for the toes, other sneakers crunch your toes together and the heel has more room and comfort! And I also would like to say the price is just right and well worth it! And I would recommend these sneakers to other people with the same problem as I have?!
New shoes that are super comfy
These shoes are seriously amazing! I just got my hands on a new pair and let me tell you, they feel like I'm walking on clouds. They are so dang comfy and make my feet feel awesome. I deal with foot pain every now and then, but these shoes have really been a game-changer for me. I wear them everywhere now, whether I'm at work or just chilling with my friends. I even rock them as house slippers because they are just that cozy!
Shoes fit perfect, great value!
The shoes were even better than I thought they'd be! They fit just right and are really comfy. The price was good and they looked even nicer in person than online. They're lightweight, well put together, and so stylish. I'm already itching to get more!
Got some shoes
I ordered these shoes online and when they got here, they just didn't fit like they should. I was gonna send 'em back, but then the company said I could keep 'em and they even sent me a new pair on the house! So now my sister gets some new kicks that fit her just right. V2 cloudwalker shoes
I just bought a pair of V2 Cloudwalker shoes from the store and let me tell you, I was blown away by how comfy and nice they are. I decided to go a size up from my usual and they fit just right. The mix of dark blue and black colors goes great with both jeans and shorts. I even threw in some extra gel inserts for more cushioning. These shoes are seriously the bomb and I won't even think about getting a different brand next time.
Swollen feet post-surgery
I spent months looking for shoes that would fit my swollen feet after surgery. I tried 10 pairs from different companies with no success. Then I came across your ad and thought I'd give it one more try. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but they ended up fitting perfectly. Awful customer service. Cannot reach company by phone. Never returns calls. I wanted to return shoes that did not fit properly. In an email, finally, they wanted proof of purchase, and photos of the shoes before they would give me a return address. Also, you are responsible for paying for shipping back to them. Buyers be cautious when buying from them. I'm wondering if it is a legit company. I need to return the shoes. They are not cheap.
