Tv wall mount
I was really excited to finally get that TV wall mount so I could put my TV up on the wall in my room. But then, when I was buying it, I noticed that the discount wasn't being applied. So I called customer service, and this lady named Patricia Joyce was super nice to me. She fixed everything and even gave me a refund for the discount that didn't work. I was thrilled! Now my TV is up on the wall and it looks awesome!
Laptop desk clamp
I got this laptop desk clamp from here and let me tell you, it's been a total game changer. I use it to raise my laptop up to eye level next to my monitor, and it's really helped with my neck pain. Seriously, it's made such a difference in my day-to-day life, I can't recommend it enough to anyone dealing with the same issue.
Unacceptable refund delay
I just have to say how awful my experience has been with this company. I bought something, had problems with it, and asked for my money back. It's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. Their customer service is just terrible. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
