Clothing items
I just bought some clothes from this website and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good they looked and how closely they matched the pictures online. The reviews from other customers were super helpful in helping me decide what to buy. The customer service was top-notch - always quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. And getting discount coupons was a nice surprise that made my purchase even better. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience with this company and would definitely recommend it to others.
Cute clothes
Oh my gosh, I just got the absolute cutest clothes from this store! I've been ordering from them for a while and my stuff always arrives super fast. Sometimes the sizes are slightly off, but nothing too crazy. The quality is really good, but I do wish they had more close-up pictures of the clothes so I could see the material better. Whenever I have a question, they always help me right away. The only downside is that the delivery charges are a little pricey, but overall I'm really satisfied with my purchases!
Cute clothes
I got some super cute clothes from this website, but I ran into an issue with my order. I ordered a bunch of stuff, but not everything arrived when it was supposed to. When I reached out to them, they mentioned they were swamped because of the busy season. After a few more back-and-forths, they admitted that only a couple of items were out of stock. So I asked them to just send me what they had and refund the rest, which they did. It would have been nice if they had suggested that option right off the bat.
Beautiful dresses, lovely designs
I bought three dresses from this online store and I gotta say I'm really impressed with how nice they are. The last two dresses I got are just gorgeous - they're so flowy and have these pretty floral patterns. Plus, they're perfect for this crazy hot weather we've been having. I'm super happy with my buys and for sure I'll be coming back for more in the future.
Three tops for my wife
I was so surprised by how great those three tops I ordered for my wife turned out. And they were super affordable too! They looked just like they did on the website when they arrived. My wife was really happy with them and now she's already picked out more stuff for us to order in the future.

I really liked the clothes on the website, they had so many options for professional and casual looks. I was pleasantly surprised at all the different styles and sizes they offered.

Oh my gosh, I absolutely adore this store! They seriously have all the styles I could ever dream of, and the quality of the materials is top-notch. The clothes fit me perfectly and they're so reasonably priced. Plus, the app is a breeze to navigate and they deliver orders super quickly. I'm totally obsessed with this store!
4 summer dresses
Wanted very thin lightweight summer dresses and that's what I got a timely manner. However at least one if not more we're not as pictured but still acceptable I'm a little nervous about ordering again because of all the delivery reviews I read but those delays but at the peak of covid-19 who knows...

They have Hongkong address and French one , CUSTOMER SERVICE is RELLY BAD! DON¬T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ASKED MY CARD AND DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT NUMBER FOR VERIFICATIONS! I SPOKE WITH MY BANK. METROPOLIATAN POLICE CYBERCRIME UNIT WILL CHECK THEM ………. FRORYDAY.COM AND LOTIMENA.COM …..THEY DON`T KNOW HOW MANY DIFFERENT WEBSIDE NAME AND FAKE ADDRESS THEY HAVE.....I can't seem to get hold of them
I have ordered several items which I have not receivedAfter returning the dresses I ordered, using their instructions and packaging, I have been waiting 1 month to receive my refund to my account. They do not answer emails and there is no phone number to contact them. I'm wondering if they are legit.
This company is disgusting.

I agree with so many of you. This company is a scam. They are simply crooks. They should be reported and not allowed to advertise. I did receive the dresses I ordered. Nothing like I expected. Impossible to wear. Trying to return is costly and not worth the money. This is how they make their profit. Shame on them!!
Never had a problem,two weeks ago I ordered several garments and they arrived from a local site in S.Aust. Well made, friendly size,I’m really pleased which is more than I can say for several o/s companies especially when it comes to shoes and girls Never!,! Order swimwear sometimes I think reviews are sent by other companies or just people who dislike everything.., even the sun coming up.
Tops and blouses
Neither. I received the order twice. What is the return policy. They are exactly the same. Would like to return one for a refund as my account was charged twice as well.

I read reviews after ordering and was concerned. Well, I'm glad I read them after I had ordered!! I receivned 2 of 3 items I ordered today and I LOVE them!!!! I'm going to go on their site and order again!

3 dresses
Loved one dress, didn’t like the fabric of the other two. Tried to process return the same day I received them but could not. I followed the directions provided but their website said I had not purchased anything to return. I supplied order number to no avail. At one point the online chat said they would put me in touch with a person but it would cost $5 at which point I disconnected.
same problem here in U.K, waited ages for delivery and trying to return same day, trying to get returns details is IMPOSSIBLE, do NOT use this tin pot outfit.

After reading reviews I cancelled my order. Tried to contact customer services about refund and all i got was about 30 messages in the middle of the night thanking me for contacting them and saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours, needless to say they have not. Would never buy from this company again
wish i'd done the same and cancelled mine. they should be taken OFF the web.

tried to return one day after delivery. lots of emails, tons of requests for order#, package# address# item#. provided all. got robo responses, no action. its now been 7 days and nothing but more emails. Im not stupid order online from Sundance, Amazon, and many others. This company is just a scam in my book. guess Ill have to eat the $50... Lesson learned.. Watch out.
3 dresses and a pair of boots
I was excited to find the styles and prices offered at this company, though shipping was surprisingly high. Enthusiasm dropped when no product was received weeks later. I inquired and they responded that part of the order was available, yet they wouldn't send it separately. Communication was zero unless I asked. Finally I cancelled the order and bought the items elsewhere. They stated that the money was refunded, yet I haven't seen it in another month! Interesting how they could process my payment within minutes, but can't manage to process a refund. What is wrong with this company?

Terrible!!! I spent $115 which included $27 shipping. The website clearly states "worry-free" "free returns on first order." I am now expecting a refund of $79. Returns are NOT free. And they charge $1-2 per item returned. Terrible terrible terrible.

An order to the value of £194.19
After two weeks waiting for a return address I returned the complete order which cost me a fraction of what I was charged by floryday. After constant emails I was refunded only £175.48. The P&P was an extra £26.80 which I knew I would not get back. They still owe me £18.71 and just sending me the same old email going on about postage costs.
The total cost was £220.99. The postage was £26.80. Therefore I should receive £194.19 not £175.48. Would warn anyone not to use this site it is a total scam. You have the cheek to put worry free returns on your websiteWhenever you are ordering from an unknown company, always do a "test order". Test them by ordering ONE of the lower price item on your list to see if they are good or not.

This site is out of China. I've order from this type BS before and IT IS A SCAM. Like some of you are saying,(that are real customers, not fake), the material is cheap and nothing like the picture and costly to return back to China. Facebook should not be allowing this site, who keeps changing it's name to be inconspicuous, on their platform to scam people and take their money with false advertisement. I complained to FB about 5 yrs. ago and they are still at it. Facebook, I'm sure you're seeing this message.....Do Something About IT!!
Ive never seen anything like this before. Trustpilot review site has a big orange banner across the top of the page for this company! It says that customers are reporting that Floryday told them they would give them their money back for items they returned IF they gave them a good review on FLORDAY SEEMS TO BE OPERATING ON NEXT LEVEL SKETCHINESS!
I ORDERED SEPT 3RD 2020 STILL CAN NOT REACH THEM THE TRACKING SAID AFTER A MONTH AND OVER HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER THE TOOK MY MONEY I AM PISSED AND WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM
I also ordered from them. They put the wrong zip code for my shipping address. So I never received the item. I have sent constant emails asking them to correct it. They told me to contact my local USPS. I went to USPS website to put the tracking number and it says, "This tracking number is not available." I am very disappointed because I ordered a coat from them. For all that I should have just ordered from Amazon. At least they guarantee your package being delivered to the right address.
2 dresses received quite quickly. I was a little disappointed in the fabric, BUT, for the price I thought they were quite attractive and the sizing was good. I LOVE pockets and both my dresses had them.
