    My mom loves flowers so for her i ordered the flowers from here. I usually don't understand much about flowers but still, i find this store really easy to browse and all most every kind of flowers they have. Its really good for easy shopping. so i bought the orchid from here, asked them to pack its nicely and i got the flowers next day.
    It was really pretty, beautiful arranged and amazing in fragrance. every flower was so fresh and pretty to look

    Fairy bouquet with woodsy basket and butterflies

    I just ordered the cutest fairy bouquet with a woodsy basket and some butterflies from this flower delivery company. Let me tell you, the bouquet was stunning! It totally blew me away and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I had looked at some other big-name flower delivery companies, but none of them had anything as gorgeous as what I found here. I really loved the unique design and how much attention to detail was put into the arrangement. Now I'm just waiting for the delivery to see if it lives up to the high quality of the product I ordered. Can't wait!

Plus, they offered to upgrade the bouquet I picked to make it even more gorgeous - that was a nice surprise.     I just bought a gift arrangement from FlowerShopping and I gotta say, they really have a great selection to choose from. Their website was super easy to navigate, which made it a breeze for me to find the perfect gift for my friend.     My experience with the service was pretty good overall. The only problem I had was when they asked for the recipient's email address during the ordering process. When you're sending a gift, you might not always have that info handy, so it would be nice if that step wasn't required. Besides that, sending flowers out of state was simple and stress-free.

    I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered on September 5th. At 3pm on September 5th, I was advised that the order could not be fulfilled and they would either refund my card or upgrade my arrangement at no cost for the inconvenience. I chose the latter, which was a regrettable mistake. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
    I ordered a Deluxe Hydrangea plant and my friend received a bouquet of yellow flowers with a card addressed to Lizzie from John and a balloon that said "thank you". Clearly receiving the wrong order, we both tried to contact the company to no avail. My friend ended up looking up the address of the correct receipient and switching flowers on her own time.
    Not only does this company not even acknowledge this error as theirs, but the flower they "upgraded" me to was a single orchid, which was weltering. They offered me 10% off for my troubles, referencing their substitution policy- which is a joke.
    Rather than battle via email, I called their "Customer Service" line. The representative sounded like she hated her job and told me she has no power to actually do anything to fix my experience. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told managers are only available thought email. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AT ALL?
    I went back to email and pulled screen shots of the pricing of the flowers I ordered vs the flowers I received/should have been upgraded to. My upgrade to Premium totaled $109. The flowers my friend received were $69!
    This website is a scam- I only used it in error. I intended to use 1800flowers (they are amazing by the way) and was in a rush and did not realize I was routed to this terrible company's website instead.
    Now that I am in this experience, there are 100s of reviews like mine. This company clearly does not care about their customers- they just want your money and will gain it fraudulently. A beautiful gift has turned into a stressful embarrassment. Go literally anywhere else but here.

    This is a review of flowershopping.com this company absolutely stinks their customer service is non-existent I tried for 3 Days to call them only to keep getting a recording that sisters and nobody here to take your call please call back during normal business hours .... I ordered I ordered flowers on February 7th for a February 21st delivery they emailed me back on the 21st of February at 3:30 p.m. that my order was canceled and they were refunding my price meanwhile my mother's birthday came and went with no flowers when I tried to complain about it they were rude and hung up on me on repeated occasions don't have anything to do with these people they are lousy they stink their customer service ... you will regret it‼️

    Valentines Bouquet of White Roses and Lillies

    Though I cannot directly blame FLowershopping.com for the issue, it does directly relate to their vendor in Georgetown. I ordered, specifically, a Valentines Bouquet of White Roses and Lillies, TF 117-3, to include extra fees for delivery on Valentines Day.

    At approximately 6pm, the flowers were finally delivered. But, not what I ordered... mostly pink roses (5), (2) whites, and 2 Lillies, and greens. Not only wasn't a white flower bouquet...the roses were already turning brown, leaves were wilted, an absolutely dreary looking bouquet.

    I took pictures and sent them to customer service. The response was a refund of 20% and blaming Covid. I think we all get it, supplies are dubious...but you don't charge premium prices for garbage...you advise the customer the order can't be filled at this time and refund the entirety of the order, not send flowers that appear to have been retrieved from a grave site. I could have gone to the local grocery store and picked out flowers more alive and at cheaper cost.
