Cancelation and reorder assistance
I recently had to cancel and reorder an item because of a mistake I made, and I just wanted to say how awesome the customer service was. Nikki really went above and beyond to help me out with all my questions, making sure to cancel my original order and get a new one placed smoothly. She was super patient and really focused on making sure I was happy with how everything turned out. Plus, she helped me out with a few missing items from my order, which arrived really quickly. I usually don't leave reviews, but Nikki's service was so exceptional that I had to give her a shoutout. Thanks a bunch, Nikki, for all your help and for making sure I was satisfied. Your hard work is truly appreciated! Keep it up!
3 sets of 3 face masks each
Originally I gave a horrible review about FOCO. In addition, I called Michael Lewis, owner of FOCO, a scumbag lowlife with bad karma. I would like to say I was wrong for saying anything about Michael Lewis without showing a little patience with receiving tracking number from fedex. FOCO sells really great products. Their face masks are cool. I now have received my 3 different orders. Not on time but within reason. FOCO employees are cool, younger crowd. Just email a few different times with order #’s in the headline section. They will most likely get your orders out. OK, that’s my NEW REAL OPINION about FOCO company, employees, and Michael Lewis. I approve this company. Just show some patience.
I order 3 sets of facemasks in march and i have nothing in july. I have emailed all to no avail. I just want my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A LOAD OF CRAP.
I also ordered several masks if the Pittsburgh Steelers in March!
I have not received them or any feedback as to why not!

I ordered masks back in May and not received it yet. I email their customer support constantly and NO response back. I don't see a way to cancel it either. Terrible company.
I saw my package was at ups on the way to my city where I live then they transferred to po in New York so it’s going back to Ohio where it was so I waited since last Saturday till now: I emailed 3 times and Facebook them on messenger but no response.
Preordered item
I just bought something on preorder and was really happy with how awesome the customer service team was. They replied quickly to all my emails, letting me know that my item was on preorder and that there would be a waiting period, which I expected. George, the rep I talked to, said he would check on my order and get back to me, and he did so super fast, which was really impressive. Good communication is so important in customer service, and FOCO nailed it. I really appreciate how responsive and professional they were, and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Dodger sunglasses
I just bought these Dodger sunglasses from this store, and they totally went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of quality, fit, and style. Even though my first order got messed up during shipping, the customer service was on point. After just a quick chat with their team, they had a replacement order headed my way within 10 minutes. That kind of quick response and commitment to making sure I'm happy as a customer has definitely earned my loyalty, and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
mistaken order
I got the wrong product, so I emailed customer service. Even though it was after hours, Megan got back to me super fast and really went all out to make things right. Her customer service is top-notch, a real standout these days. Thanks to her, FOCO has a customer for life.
Stick Replacement for Patrice Bergeron Big Head
Nikki over at FOCO hooked us up big time with some top-notch customer service. We needed a replacement stick for our Patrice Bergeron big head and she was all over it. Her quick responses and willingness to help out really blew us away. It's not often you find this level of service nowadays, but Nikki went above and beyond.
Bobbleheads purchase
Oh my goodness, I am totally obsessed with these bobbleheads I got from here! They are seriously the cutest and most fun things ever. The customer service was super quick and amazing too. They answered all my questions and made sure my order was perfect. I can't get over how awesome these bobbleheads are - I keep staring at them on my shelf. I ended up getting 3 new ones and they are all just too cool. I'm always checking for new ones to add to my collection. I am definitely a fan for life!
Bobblehead purchase
I just bought a bobblehead from this place and I was bummed out because it wasn't great quality. But when I reached out to customer service, they were super quick to fix the issue. Julie really stood out and went above and beyond to make sure a new bobblehead was on its way to me. I'm really grateful for the helpful and friendly support I got, it's nice to see people like Julie who really value customer happiness. Big shoutout to her and the rest of the team at this place!
Building set
I bought this building set as a gift and I ran into a problem - some pieces were missing. I reached out to customer service through email and got a quick reply from a person named Nikki. She gave me clear steps on how to get the missing parts replaced. Even though it was annoying at first, they handled the problem really well and I'm happy with how it all turned out.
Defective item replacement
Your customer service is awesome! I had a problem with something I bought that turned out to be defective, but Nikki and the team took care of it super quickly and effectively. Nikki was really professional and quick to respond, which really impressed me and now I'm gonna be a loyal customer for sure. Keep it up with the amazing work!
Small Slippers
I bought some slippers as a gift, but they ended up being too small. Trying to return them was a real pain, and my requested exchange never came through. After emailing customer service, George came to the rescue by giving me a quick refund, even though it was 2 months later. I'll definitely be more cautious about using this company in the future.
Recently purchased amazing merchandise
The stuff I got was really top quality and super professional. And the customer service? Absolutely top-notch. They kept me in the loop the whole time about my return and even swapped out my item without any issues. I really gotta give them props for making sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

I had a great experience with the customer service at this store. They quickly took care of my question and solved the issue, and I was really happy with how it turned out. Having worked in customer service myself for a long time, I really value the attention and care they showed me.
Dallas Cowboys Glitter Shoes
These shoes are terrible quality. The rubber is hard as lumber. The sizing is so inconsistent that a 9 is way too small and a 10 is way too big. Customer service is awful. Bottom line, it cost me $14.63 to try and do business with FOCO and I have no shoes to show for it.
Portland Trailblazers Bookbag
My preteen daughter ordered the Portland Trailblazers bookbag as a gift for Christmas for a family member. The bag arrived two days later than promised, which meant we left town before the bag arrived. Upon return we opened the bag to wrap and ship and found an Oklahoma bookbag instead. We ordered through Amazon, who lists they just ship the product, Amazon refunded us as the gift arrived late and we now have to pay for shipping. They suggested once we informed them that the bag was wrong, to reach out to Foco, who blamed Amazon. We will absolutely never purchase anything from them moving forward.
Face covering and hood for cold weather

When the order printed it had the wrong team logo on it. I wanted both items to have Green Bay Packers and the hooded one said it was a team from Georgia

I waited for package ???? supposed to arrive last Saturday but it’s in Ohio ups transfer to po that I saw that it was at ups all the way to ups here where I live so they transferred it to po to return
Questioned why I hadn't received Grandchildren's pajamas in timely manner...they responded that often times the post office is in such a hurry to get gift out they forget to scan. I demanded a credit on my charge card - then they emailed back that they were sorry - that they had been out of those particular pajamas for some time now.
Chicago Bears Gaiter Scarf
Have yet to receive purchase long after expected delivery date. I understand that they're probably overwhelmed with orders but all I've asked for is an update on my order... six times. No response. Very unsatsified
6 neck gaiters
WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 3 months after ordering I received my order- which had neck gaiters from a completely random college, not what I ordered. -- NO RESPONSE on email I sent a month ago requesting this to be corrected. (Zero or one star review not allowed- thus 2 stars for a terrible company)
