    Overpriced textbooks

I recently bought a textbook from an online bookstore that's linked to a college campus. I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the prices – way too expensive compared to other sites out there. And trying to reach out to them? Forget about it. My emails and calls went unanswered. They claim they have a price match option, but trust me, it's all talk. I ended up paying full price online and in person because there was no customer service to help me out. It was a real headache dealing with this bookstore, disorganized and with terrible customer service. My experience? Definitely not what I was hoping for.

My Experience with eFollett Textbook Rental

I have been a customer of eFollett Textbook Rental for a few semesters now and overall, I have had a positive experience with the company. Their website is easy to navigate and it's simple to find the books I need for my classes. The rental process is also straightforward and I appreciate that they offer the option to extend my rental period if I need more time.

One of the best features of eFollett is their prices. Renting textbooks through them is significantly cheaper than buying new books or renting from other online companies. I've been able to save a lot of money by renting through eFollett.

The only downside is that sometimes, the rental period for certain books runs out before the end of the semester, and I have to either extend my rental or buy the book. This can be a bit frustrating, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

All in all, I would recommend eFollett Textbook Rental to other students looking for a cost-effective way to get the books they need for their classes.
