    I've actually compared the services of two different Primary Care Providers recently. One of them is a big-name provider that my insurance covers, and the other one is Forward. Let me tell you, the difference in service quality was huge. The first provider took more than a week to get pre-authorization for my meds, and I had to make a ton of phone calls and leave messages. Forward, on the other hand, got it done in no time right after my appointment. They even sent me follow-up messages and calls to make sure I got the care I needed quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Forward, I managed to lose a lot of weight and get my A1c and Triglycerides levels under control.

    Ear and dermatology check

    As a new member at Forward, I've had a really good experience with the doctors and the app. Getting appointments quickly has been great, and the doctors have been really helpful. But one thing I noticed is that the check-in process in person could be a little clearer to make a better first impression, especially for new folks like me. My recent visit for an ear and skin check went well. The doctors listened to my concerns, gave me prescriptions right away, and handled referrals smoothly.

    Having the app is really handy for ordering lab tests and prescriptions, but the whole signing up and billing thing can get a bit confusing. It would be nice if customer service responded quicker, and the in-office visits could be a lot friendlier. Even with these issues, the value you get is way better than other services like Teladoc.

    My visit to that tattoo shop was alright. The people working there were nice, and they had all the stuff I needed. But I wouldn't call their work amazing, just decent. I've been there a few times and everything went smoothly. The prices were reasonable for what you get. All in all, it was a decent experience.

    The concept behind this membership service is really great - being able to see a primary care doctor without waiting forever is awesome. But when it comes down to it, it just doesn't measure up. Dealing with the care team to get basic stuff like prescriptions or appointment reminders is a hassle. They don't have much availability, and they're hesitant to give out important meds even in emergencies. I needed a strep test once, but they couldn't fit me in and I had to go somewhere else. All in all, the red tape and lack of open slots make it not worth the money.
