If I could give Foxybae a 10 star I would, I never write reviews, but from the exceptional Customer service I just had to write one.
I have tried many hair styling products in the past, but never completely satisfied. I have thin fine hair that is also treated, I purchased the mini travel tool kit in the white marble.
The iron was so smooth and gentle on my hair unlike other irons it did not leave that smell as if my hair was just heated.
I decided to order the regular size as they were having a sale, I was already to place my order online but decided to call customer service with a few questions regarding my hair type.
The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable, kind and patient, took his time answering my questions, I placed my order for 2 more curling irons and a blowout brush and products. My 1st order came within 5 days. Very happy all the way around! ********** 10 stars ????

I loved the wireless curler because of carpal tunnel! The bad thing it only last a month and quit heating. I tried to contact customer service through emails, and Facebook with no response. They have terrible customer service and poor quality for it to last less than a month!!! I’ll never buy from them again!!

I never received my purchase after two months. They messed up my address but then said it was fixed and my shipment had been sent. Fed Ex lost my package and now FoxyBae is taking their sweet sweet time to address the issue. They are horrible with customer service. No one had done anything and there is no one to speak with. I had bought from there before with no issues but of course it was just a $30 order.
I ordered a travel kit for my vacation. I offered it 2 months prior. Plenty of time considering it was not stated on backorder and it would be delivered 7 to 12 business days. Well, a lot of time went by. No word from them at all. So i reached out and asked what the status was. Its now on backorder. No one was going to tell me. Ok. That is fine. But now i have no need for it. But they refuse a refund even though they have me incorrect info when I ordered. I understand things happen and systems are not perfect. But why is that my fault. That's when a business would typically give you a choice to keep it or cancel the order. Not this place. And their customer service was snooty about it too and just ignored me. So another week went by and I wanted a status since I am stuck with it. Very short email and does not answer my question. Be careful when ordering. If you need something by a particular time, just don't order from them. They don't care that they messed up and now i am stuck because of their error.

I order on April 23rd and today is May 1st still have yet to get any updates on tracking not sure if it is mailed yet or not but this will be the only foxybae thing I order Lange is so much easier to deal with if you have a problem plus they keep you updated as soon as they can...

7 in 1
I ordered a 7 in 1 but recieved the mini travel which came in a large box hairdryer was replaced with the small oval hair brush. I'm paying for 7 in 1 thru afterpay by now made 2nd payment. Had to send pictures via email to Terry but were to large so I was ask to send them to he or her personal test ,was told in another email wasnt received. All this started on March 13th. When i placed my order for 7 in 1. I was told to pay for mini bag if i wanted the 7 in 1 sooner or else i will have to mail them the mini bag back and once they recieve it they would mail my 7 in 1 . So i decided to pay 49.00 and took Terry's word they would send the hair dryer and my 7 in 1 that i am still paying for. Today is April 21st. I havent even recieved a tracking number ..i reached out to foxybae again and they said they will be mailing my package that was yesterday..but i paid them about 7 days ago. I'm so frustrated right now.
Hey I have purchase the 7 in 1 an the brush online in March 28th and have yet too get anything from this company as well an it was pricey i must admit trying too email them is the same they took 4 days too respond an i have said twice i would like a refund instead but they keep saying it on back order but push the date back every time what do you advise
