Button replacement
I had a really great experience with Frame recently. I bought a pair of jeans from a department store and the button fell off after the first wash. I knew the store wouldn't help, so I contacted Frame for help. They were awesome - they found two replacement buttons and sent them from the US to the UK for free. It took a few weeks, but the whole process was smooth and careful. I have to give a shoutout to Victoria at FRAME Client Services for her amazing customer service. This experience showed me how dedicated Frame is to making their customers happy and solving problems. I now trust their brand even more. Hopefully, my good experience can help others who are thinking about buying from Frame.
perfect for me
Frame is one of my most favourite online shopping store. Here i get my all type of dresses for most of the occasions at one place. Also i am buying my dresses from here for the last three years and i am very much impressed.
I recommend this in case if someone is looking for the latest style with comfortable wearing. Also the variations in colours, fabric, size etc is fantastic the services are outstanding too and they offer really good brands at a reasonable price with complete security.

I've been a customer at this frame store for a while now, and I've always been amazed by the great customer service and knowledge of the staff. Monica, especially, has really gone out of her way to make sure my framing projects turn out perfectly. Just recently, I had a tricky painting that needed a unique frame, and Monica found the perfect solution that didn't break the bank. Her expertise and talent in framing is top-notch, and I always trust that my projects are safe in this store.
Frame jeans
I just bought a pair of Frame jeans, and I gotta say, I am really happy with my purchase. The denim quality is top-notch, and the fit is just right for my body. These jeans can easily go from a laid-back vibe to a more put-together look. Despite some bad reviews I read, I bought mine straight from the official website and didn't have any issues with authenticity.
Denim jeans
I was so let down by this company. I ordered a pair of denim jeans, but they never showed up. I tried emailing them several times, but never heard back. They didn't even give me a phone number to call and get things sorted out. It really felt like a scam, so I definitely wouldn't suggest using this company to anyone.
Christmas deal
I ordered a Christmas deal from this company, but they never shipped it even after weeks of going back and forth. The customer service was nice, but honestly, the whole thing was pretty disappointing. I'd suggest steering clear of this company.
Corduroy trousers
Man, these corduroy trousers are just the worst! The fabric is crap, the color fades and bleeds every time I wash them, and it feels like they used some crazy chemicals in the dye. I had to toss them after only two months because they were falling apart. I've got other corduroy pants from different brands and none of them have been as crappy as these. I am definitely never buying from this brand again!
Jeans refund
I gotta say, I've been really let down by this company. I bought a pair of jeans ages ago and still haven't gotten them. I tried reaching out by calling and emailing, but crickets. It's making me think this company might be up to no good. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
Frame jeans online
I bought a couple of Frame jeans online not too long ago, and I must say, it was not a great experience. I had tried on some jeans at a shop in London and they fit well, so I decided to order two pairs online. But when they arrived, the black pair was way bigger than the blue pair, even though both were marked as size 27. After wearing the black jeans just once, they stretched out way too much and became too loose, even with a belt. I was bummed to find out that the return period had already passed when I finally got to try on the jeans, since I was out of the country at that time. So now I'm stuck with a pair of jeans that I can't even wear, which is a total waste of money.
Troublesome delivery experience
So, I ordered a product recently and let me tell you, my experience has been anything but great. The payment was processed smoothly and I got an email saying the item had shipped. But when I checked the tracking info, turns out FedEx didn't even have the package yet. And it's been sitting like that for a whole week, driving me nuts. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email multiple times, but not a peep back. No phone number to call either, which just makes me even more frustrated. The website says they'll get back to you in a day, but that hasn't happened for me. And that promise of same-day or next-day shipping? Well, that didn't happen either. As a new customer, I was really hoping for a smooth shopping experience, but it looks like my hopes were a little too high.
Jeans not fitting
I bought these jeans that were supposed to be really cool, but they didn't fit me right. So my mom helped me email for a return label and we sent them back. It's been forever and we still haven't gotten our money back. I've tried calling and emailing them but they never respond. It's just not cool.

$288 pants with hole
Can you believe I spent $288 on a pair of pants only to have them get a hole after a few washes? So I contacted the company, and they basically said it was just normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear for pants that expensive?! Unbelievable. Don't waste your money, find another place to shop.
Perfect fit, poor quality
I got these jeans 'cause they fit like a glove, but man, after just a month they started getting holes everywhere. Like, not just one hole, but holes popping up left and right. The quality is pretty meh, especially considering how pricey they were. It's a bummer 'cause they were so comfy to wear.
Online jeans order
I had the worst experience ordering online from this company. They charged my card right away, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard a peep from them. I've sent a bunch of emails, but nothing back. I even had to text them because they don't even have a phone number. This lack of communication and customer service is just not okay.
