The customer service at this pharmacy is really great. Timothy was super helpful and really paid attention when I had questions about the French beauty products. He went out of his way to give me all the info I needed and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I really appreciate his awesome service and now I'm definitely sticking with this pharmacy.

When you're trying to get your hands on real French Pharmacy products, Timothy is the one to turn to. I was having a hard time finding authentic Biafine for my radiation therapy burns with all the fakes out there online. But when I contacted French Pharmacy, Timothy quickly pointed me in the right direction to the legit website where I could make my purchase. Be careful when shopping on places like Amazon, you might end up with a knock off instead of the real deal. To stay safe and make sure you're getting the genuine product, stick with French Pharmacy and be sure to ask for Timothy for great help.

I've always had a great time shopping at this French pharmacy. The customer service folks are super friendly and really take care of me. I went to buy some face cream at the pharmacy and I was really looking forward to trying it. But when I got home, I noticed they gave me the wrong one! So I called them and they were so nice about it. They said they'd send me the correct one right away. I'm so excited to finally try out the face cream I actually wanted!

I went to this French pharmacy the other day, and let me tell you, it was a real emotional ride. The sale they had going on was amazing, but the stuff I was looking for kept running out before I could even add them to my cart. So frustrating! And on top of that, the promo code they sent out wasn't even working. I had to end up making my purchase without the discount, which was a huge letdown.

Great product, but French Pharmacy has horrible customer service. They charged me for two tubes of A313, only sent me one, and then refused to send or refund me for the second tube. After over two weeks of me emailing them to get the issue resolved, they sent me a random, blurry picture of someone putting two items (no telling that it's A313) into a package (no telling that the package was mine) and said that clearly they sent me two and they won't do anything to help me. Several other sites sell this product, so it's not worth ordering from French Pharmacy and risking being scammed.
Hello, I am sorry to see that this website allows anyone to post anything about a great website. I bought at Frenchpharmacy and they have actually the freshest products imported from France. Always cool to use them if you like the REAL French products...
