Amazing !
We switched to a different schools when i moved to different city. My kids needed new uniform and it was difficult to find some place where i could get it. Well this is helpful site suggested by one of the parents. I bought the uniform from here for both my girl and boy. The best thing is the uniform is available based on schools , also the have whole set which saves me from hassle and time waste. The unfiroms are well-fitting and look really good. Also the uniform follows the standard of the school. So its trustworthy and money saving at same time. it overall helped a lot my kid to get settle in the school . so its awesome.
Quick, efficient ordering process
The ordering process went by so fast and smooth. I didn't have any problems with the website freezing up or accidentally ordering things twice. I was able to just quickly and easily place my order without any trouble at all.
School uniforms
I just ordered some school uniforms for my son from this company, and I have to say I was pretty let down by the quality. Even though the order came on time, the material they used for the uniforms seemed cheap and not very good. The sweater was the worst - it started falling apart after only a few washes. On top of that, I thought the prices were way too high for what you got. After this experience, I definitely won't be buying any more uniforms from them.
Toddler clothing
I recently bought some clothes for my toddler from this place and man, it was a mess. I had to wait for more than three weeks for my order, only to get the wrong stuff. When I tried to talk to customer service about fixing it, they were super slow and not very helpful. They kept saying I had to send back the wrong items before they could send me the right ones. So basically, I had to pay twice as much just to get my stuff on time and then wait for a refund. And to make things even worse, the clothes were way too big for my kid. My advice? Stay away from this company if you don't want a headache.
Uniforms for granddaughter
I recently bought uniforms for my granddaughter from this company, but I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The order took longer than expected to process, and when I reached out for updates, I found out it hadn't even been processed yet. This left me not knowing when I would get the uniforms. Then, my granddaughter had to switch schools suddenly, so we didn't even need the uniforms anymore. I tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't let me. Now I'm stuck with $300 worth of clothes that I can't use. I think they should have been more flexible given the situation.
Uniform shirts disappointment
I really had my hopes up for the uniform shirts I ordered, but sadly, they ended up being a major disappointment. It felt like forever before I finally got the shirts for my twin girls. At first touch, they seemed soft and looked nice. However, after just a couple of washes, I started to see little balls forming on the material, making them look way more worn out compared to shirts I've gotten from places like Children's Place or Bealls. I'd suggest checking out other places for your uniform shirts and finding somewhere else for embroidery. Trust me, it's worth it to go with Children's Place, not only because they offer better quality but also because they're more affordable and available on Amazon.
School uniform
I ordered my school uniform, like, forever ago and I still haven't gotten it! It's been TWO whole months! Whenever I call them up, all they say is that my case has been "escalated." Like, seriously, what does that even mean?! I haven't gotten a refund, no uniform, just a whole bunch of letdown. It's seriously, like, the worst experience ever!
Price matching disaster
The customer service at this place is terrible. I tried to get a price match for an order that I had to return and reorder, but they wouldn't give me any money back. And don't even get me started on the crazy shipping prices! If you can avoid ordering from here, definitely do it. It's obvious they care more about your money than about their customers. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Long wait, order cancellation, poor customer service, bad fit
If I could, I would rate this company in the negatives. My experience with them has been super frustrating. I waited forever for my order, only to finally chat with customer service and find out it was canceled without any notice because stuff was out of stock. No heads up at all. And let me tell you about their customer service - it's a nightmare. They won't cancel your order, even if it hasn't shipped yet. And on top of that, the clothes don't even fit right, especially for taller kids. The pants are too short and too wide, even in the slim sizes. I'm only putting up with all of this because my kid's school says I have to. I'm not a happy camper at all.
School uniform purchase
I recently had a really frustrating experience trying to order a school uniform for my daughter. I ordered it online and then a week later got an email saying that the item was canceled, but with no explanation at all. It was supposed to be in stock on the website, but suddenly it was out of stock with no real reason why. When I reached out to customer service to ask what happened, they couldn't tell me why the order was canceled, just that I would get a refund. Then, to top it off, I got another email apologizing for the inconvenience and saying that the item wasn't available. This lack of clear communication is not okay, and as a parent, I'm really disappointed in how this was handled. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping with this company anymore after this experience.
Choir jumper
I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase of a choir jumper. I ordered it two weeks ago, but it never showed up. When I called customer service to ask about my order, they said it was canceled by the company without telling me why. I was mad they didn't let me know, and on top of that, they still charged my credit card, so now there's a dispute. This kind of customer service is just not okay, and now I'm super unhappy with my purchase.
Jeans and sweatshirt
I ordered a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt from this one store, and let me tell you, it was a disaster! They refused to accept returns for two out of the three items I wanted to return. Those two items were completely useless, they didn't fit me or anyone in my family. And then, for the one item they did accept for a return, they charged me $8 for return shipping and deducted it from my refund amount. I barely got any money back, it felt like I wasted it all. I definitely won't be ordering from them ever again, ugh!
bad quality, no return service
I bought something that turned out to be low quality, and now I want to return it. The customer service team won't answer my emails, so don't be deceived by the great website!
